Sigh. I think we take chances in medicine in general when choosing who treats us, human medicine and pet medicine. No one practice is perfect. However, after watching my dog, who’s usually a very good patient, get wrestled for his check up, all 20lbs of him, I don’t think I’ll be back. His vet visits are never that distressing for him. Saving further details, he has NEVER, in his 5 years had to be wrestled, muzzled or medicated. And the cherry on top is the warmth of the staff (sarcasm). To end, if you feel off or (esp) your animal feels unusually off about a place, don’t ignore it. If you can help it, shop around.

This place is pretty awesome. Very friendly staff, always straightforward and quick. Doctor calls you himself after looking over your animal to discuss what was done and any questions you may have. And honestly vets are expensive. I'm not sure whether this one is a good price or not, but I'll pay for what I get here.

I had a great experience visiting with Boba, my little cavapoo mix, I called and was offered an appointment that same afternoon which is unheard of! I ended up coming the next day and we really happy with the client experience. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a regular here and will bring my two other pets for all their vet needs! Thank you!

There is no circumstance in which I would ever bring a pet to this place, I wouldn’t even bring a sick plant to this place. I hate leaving bad reviews but I generally fear for the care and safety of animals being brought here. I made the monumental mistake of bringing my dog here today. He had a very sensitive ear infection and this was the only place with openings, the reason why became very obvious. First, they don’t let you go back with your dog for the exam which is bizarre and something neither my dog nor I have experienced. This operation is designed to induce maximum anxiety in your dog. While in the waiting room, a woman came in to file a complaint about how terrible the Doctor was. I should have taken the hint.

I love how caring all of the staff members are at this veterinary office. I appreciated all that helped my cat Sophie. They even called the next day to check on my cat Sophie.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Dr. Adelman and his staff. When we moved here they have taken great care of my three babies. Unfortunately over the years, they have crossed the rainbow bridge. The staff was kind and compassionate with me because I was a mess. We recently adopted the sweetest Jack Russell and she will go nowhere else but Layhill Animal Hospital!

Been coming here for several years. Dr Adelman has always given such great attention and care to my dogs and cats. The technician's and reception have been exceptionally kind and efficient in their assistance with my babies (especially with my unruly German Shepard). Would give this more stars if I could 🪻✨
