I brought my dog in for a first time wellness exam and some concerns we had about my dog. The front desk staff here is very friendly and our interactions with the Dr were friendly and thorough making sure everything was explained in detail. Not to mention the Dr was very patient with my 10lb Chiweenie who had to be muzzled. We signed up for the Care Cub Plan and walked out of there not feeling scammed.

I have 2 puppies who have been going to this clinic since they were 8 weeks old. Dr. Farquhar has been extremely supportive, caring and compassionate. She's very approachable and helpful. I needed her help to write a vaccination paperwork for my dogs to travel overseas and she did. Thank you, Dr. Farquhar! For the front desk staff,most are helpful and caring. Amanda is our favorite person! She's caring and helpful and does above with all her attention to details and following through on the tasks. Thank you, Amanda!

We’re so grateful to the team at VCA Animal Hospital for taking such wonderful care of our kitten, Earl Gray! He had been having some tummy issues that had us really worried, but everyone there was kind, patient, and thorough from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure Earl Gray was comfortable, and followed up to check on his progress. Highly recommend VCA to anyone looking for a vet that combines professionalism with genuine love for pets! 🙂

If you love your dog do not come here. Came here for a free exam because I got my sweet girl from a shelter and after $900+ my dog has been in severe pain and traumatized. Do not be fooled, please go somewhere else. My poor girl has been in pain for days after going here, I know they did it on purpose because I was upset about wrongful charges and vaccinations they gave her, now she can’t walk. Save your "sorry" comment, I won’t be back.

My dog’s nose was scratched in our last visit and we received no apology. They didn’t callback when our dog finished treatment and make him stay in the cage for a long time. They asked us to pick up our dog at the back door to avoid other client from seeing this. After this treatment, our dog has bloody diarrhea for 5 days.

We were a part of VCA Lawrence for over 7 years with our sweet pup Ava, who had so many medical needs. The staff were always kind and caring and loved her so much. Dr. Farquhar was amazing to the very end and highly recommend her. Dr. Gera was there at the start with us and we just love the VCA staff.

I have an overall good experience here with friendly care and transparent pricing. I was quite anxious since we are going through really tough time, but the nurse and doctor provides plans and what each option offers. This eases our worries knowing that there is are plans based on the test results.
