Wonderful care from both Dr. Williams and Dr Sebby. They truly care about your pet and you. They have saved my dog Winston's life more than once. If I need them in an emergency they see my babies right away. Thier staff is also very kind. They only do things that are necessary for them and not run unnecessary test to run my bill up. I have taken my two dogs to Sebby for around 3 years now. They have treated my dogs and myself with the utmost care and respect with each visit. I appreciate their policy and procedures when it comes to handling pet concerns such as allergies. I would prefer a veterinarian to examine my dog before prescribing anything to them, big or small. You get what you pay for, and I have felt every penny spent on quality care is worth it.

My friend recommended me this vet for my cat, and I usually get anxious because vet settings can make my sweet girl a little feisty. I am so pleasantly surprised and happy with how well she did at this vet, and how well the staff handled her, it truly settled my nerves and my pet's. I appreciate everyone's demeanor and willingness to help us out and answer any questions. We are so thankful to have established care at this place and look forward to our visits knowing it'll be much calmer for both of us!

I had been taking my dog Charlie here for about 3 years. She saw all three vets and every single one of them was always kind, gentle, and patient with her. The front staff was always warm and understanding too, especially toward the end when things started getting harder for her. The night before she passed, we went the emergency vet and they told us she was okay to go home and just to follow up with her primary vet in the morning. It was only when I brought her to Williams- Sebby that i realized how severe her health complications were. Dr. Schafer was the one who saw us that morning, and I’m so incredibly grateful she was there. She explained everything so clearly and kindly, and she made me feel like she truly cared about both Charlie and me. I’ll never forget that. This team was with us through simple things like annuals, flea medication, nail trims, and also during heart murmurs diagnoses and at the very end of my girls life and I’ll always be thankful for the compassion and kindness everyone here showed us. Charlie might have hated the vet but you guys kept her healthy and safe and I thank you all so much for it.

I recently took my fur baby for an emergency visit and Dr. WILLIAMS AND DR.SHAFER are the best. Not only did they help me get my baby better they were very patient with all my questions. The whole staff was super nice. Especially the nurse who helped me when I first got there. I love this vets office and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even the receptionist are super sweet.. highly recommend 🥰 my baby boy is back to.acting like his old self🥰🥰🥰

This was my first visit here and I gotta say, I'm impressed. I was there on a holiday so they were busier than normal but they got me in and out very quickly. I paid a couple of dollar more than at my previous vet, but well worth it when you factor in the friendly staff and quick turn around. Rather than taking my dog to the back room for 15 minutes, which scares her, the in-room exam and vaccination with Todd Sebby was great. I can't wait for my membership to end at banfield so I can bring my other dogs here. Definitely recommend!

We signed in and were personally greeted and reviewed the reason for our visit. The waiting area is spacious and we were in and out in 45 minutes. We have been entrusting our dogs to their care for the past 7 years and have always been pleased.
