The staff has a history of long-term employment, which speaks to their experience and dedication. The intake coordinator, Adam, was exceptionally professional and kind, providing real-time updates on Juno's surgery. Marie, who works at the front desk, was also very kind. The veterinarian has a quirky and funny sense of humor that helped me feel at ease. Dr. Zacher, the veterinarian, is patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me and provide excellent advice for caring for Juno's teeth. Despite a drive of over an hour, the experience was well worth it, and I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr Zacher and staff are awesome. I have 3 dogs and they all had their teeth cleaned over the last month with her. Adam was awesome texting me and keeping me informed throughout all their procedures. Since they do this all day every day I feel at ease leaving my dogs with them. They even sent pics during recovery. They took wonderful care of my dogs. They do have you complete a medical history form, submit medical records and sign an anesthesia consent form which is for best interest of your pet. Dr Zacher is so thorough she reads through the medical records your regular vet sends. She will in turn provide you and your vet the most thorough dental records with exrays and detailed information about how anesthesia went. Top notch doctor and staff. You can't ask for better care. My sweet girl has a major over bite. We are working up a plan to help her have no pain with adult teeth. Staff is very friendly. Location is a bit hard to find at first, but once you find it, easy. I was really pleased with the time given and explained it to me. They give you an estimate with a full breakdown. They are also honest about being expensive.

Our Boston Terrier has received excellent care here a couple times and is already scheduled for his next cleaning. They book far ahead, are wonderful in communication, very compassionate and professional. Dr. and staff are great and clearly love working there. I say this because it's not always the case and I want folks who love their job handling my fur baby. The photo is how they brought him back to the car. We got such a laugh. Animal Dentistry is a specialty, as such it is an investment. Their billing is very clear and they have come in under estimate both times.

Dr. Zacher is excellent - extremely detail oriented, patient & friendly. And above all, a wizard as a surgeon! Repaired extensive damage from bone loss on my 10yo. dog Gave her a new life. Also, I would have paid any amount I could afford but the bill came out to be very reasonable.

This is a long overdue review for care our dog received when Dr Zacher and her team applied dental sealants to her fractured teeth about a year ago. Dr Zacher and her staff were friendly and patient, and Dr Zacher herself very kindly went out of her way to thoroughly answer my incessant questions. We received frequent updates throughout the procedure, complete with photos. A year later, the sealants still look great. Thank you!

We got our Benji when he was just a year old—he’s a small rescue, and such a big part of our lives. Being in the dental field myself, I know how important dental hygiene is, even for pets, and I also know how nerve-wracking anesthesia can be. As an anxious dog mom, I’ve always felt so reassured by Dr. Zacher, Ellen, and Adam. They’ve been amazing at keeping us in the loop—letting us know when Benji is next in line for his procedure, how everything’s going, and just making sure we never feel in the dark. That level of communication has meant so much to me. We’ve been coming here for about four years now, ever since our vet in Oakland recommended them. And yes—we wake up at 6 a.m. just to make it to San Jose by 7, and it’s totally worth it. The care, the kindness, and the trust we feel here keep us coming back. Even though our insurance no longer covers Benji’s prophies, we’ll continue bringing him here as long as they’re here—and as long as Benji is with us. He deserves the best, and this team has given him just that
