Came here for my kitty and dog for wellness exams and advice for flea prevention + meds, the staff was super welcoming and informative. The Doctor was sweet and so was the vet tech! My anxious dog was able to warm up in the environment. Would def recommend
So glad to have found this Vet! They're not inexpensive but friendly and thorough. I was impressed at how they got down to my dogs level and connected with him. I always felt welcome and warmly taken care of.
Been coming here ten years now. Because of Dr Solomon and how thorough and caring he is. Didn't get an appointment with him this time so its absolutely on me. Took my newest rescue boxer in for a check up because she was messing with her ears alot and I wanted to talk about getting her spayed. Cost $1000 to treat ear infection and get cream for a small rash on her belly. I should have insisted the vet really look at the rash. Either by putting the dog on the exam table or getting down on the floor with my dog and actually looking. Now a little over a week later, the rash on her belly is insanely worse. And the spay estimate I got was $3900. I cannot justify paying this much money anymore when I'm not confident in the care and what is prescribed doesn't work. But mainly I'm mad at myself because I should have requested Dr. Solomon or been more instant in what I thought was a routine appointment. I won't be going back but thank you Dr. Solomon for the care you've given my five dogs over a decade now.
Absolutely love this pet hospital! I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years now, and every visit has been smooth and comforting—not just for me, but for my pup too. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves animals. The vets take the time to explain everything, and you never feel rushed. The place is clean, well-organized, and they follow up after visits, which shows they truly care. From regular checkups to emergency visits, they've been reliable and supportive. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for quality care.
I booked a wellness check for my cat because he’d been having some recent behavioral issues and occasionally going outside the litter box. The clinic followed up with me multiple times before the appointment, so I expected a thorough evaluation once we got there. Unfortunately, the actual visit was pretty disappointing. They did a basic heartbeat and temperature check, but didn’t take the time to ask about my cat’s daily habits, eating schedule, interactions with my other cat, or any environmental changes. Instead, they very quickly jumped to recommending an estimate of around $1600 for X-rays and blood work to "rule out medical issues." As a pet owner, I would have expected the practitioners to first walk through more practical steps — things like adjusting feeding schedules, changing litter types, or monitoring behavior at home. Instead, it felt like they were pushing us straight into expensive tests without exploring simpler explanations or asking meaningful questions. Overall, I felt that their focus was more on upselling tests than actually understanding my cat’s situation. Waste of my consultation fee of $105 and I won’t be returning here.
Pet Hero I cannot recommend ArchVet enough for their exceptional weekend service. When my cat developed an infection on a Saturday and my regular vet was closed, I found myself in that difficult situation where you're trying to avoid an expensive emergency clinic visit. ArchVet was the perfect solution. Unlike most clinics that are closed or have limited weekend hours, they maintain full service from 8am-6pm on both Saturdays AND Sundays. I was able to easily schedule a same-day appointment. The staff was thorough with my cat's examination, diagnosed the infection, and provided all necessary medications right away. The peace of mind knowing I have a reliable, non-emergency option for weekend pet care is invaluable. For pet owners looking for quality weekend veterinary care without the emergency clinic prices, ArchVet is definitely the place to go. They've become my go-to backup whenever my regular vet is unavailable.
We've been taking our various dogs to ArchVet for the last 10 years, starting with Dr. Solomon, and we've always had consistently good to excellent care from both the veterinarians and the attentive staff. Most recently our aging dogs have been seeing Dr. Brudos for various issues and annual exams, and I really like her. She's great with our dogs, has a gentle touch and is very thoughtful and thorough in her exams. She listens to all of my concerns, and presents options for a treatment plan when necessary. She clearly has her patients' best interests in mind while considering the owner's concerns as well. Some people have complained about the cost, but offering a high level of care and an array of diagnostics and treatments isn't cheap, just like with people. ArchVet isn't trying to rip you off, they're trying to take care of your beloved pet the best way they can. If you're looking for an excellent local vet, I highly recommend them.
