Night Watch Elite Animal Emergency

I was referred here by my vet for emergency surgery for my dog, and I am so grateful for the care we received. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and professional during a very stressful time. A special thank you to Becca for helping me through the process and making sure everything was ready before we arrived. Thank you also to Alexandria and Miguel for taking the time to explain everything so thoroughly. Dr. Manning is truly amazing, and thanks to him and his team, my girl is on the mend. Thank you all for the exceptional care and support. I highly recommend this doctor and his team!

I highly recommend this place! My poor baby girl had GDV and her stomach flipped which is a deadly emergency. From the moment I got there, the front desk lady was super sweet and the staff acted fast. Dr. Manning was so awesome & was very helpful when communicating the information to me, he didn’t have the best news about my girl at first because her lactate levels were off the charts high which can lead to not good survival rates after her emergency surgery but he had a way of relaying the information to keep me calm. He was able to get her levels to drop good enough to proceed with the surgery and she SURVIVED! She was able to come home this morning & when I picked her up, you could see the joy in Dr. Manning & his staff that the surgery went great & she was already recovering in a very positive way. Dr. Manning even told me he prayed over my girl which is absolutely amazing & I’m so thankful for not only his knowledge & actions but his true care over his animal patients! Every staff member I interacted with you could tell has a good caring heart for what they do! THANK YOUUUUU to each of yall & God for saving my baby! 2 am visit: From the moment we arrived, they treated our dog with urgency, compassion, and exceptional care. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the visit. We are so grateful for the excellent care our dog received and for the compassion shown to our family during a stressful time. Thank you for going above and beyond. we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend! Long wait but they triage your pet on the phone. We waited in the car until they gave us a call that there was a room open for exam.

Dr. Manning and Alexandria treated our dog that suddenly became immobile. Everyone in the building was super friendly and understanding with our situation. They did their best to take care of our Zoey in a timely manner. They offer affordable payment plans if needed and were great with communication.

I had an amazing experience with the emergency Dr. Manning and Alexandra at Night Watch Veterinary Hospital. At 1:30 AM, I had to bring my dog Mali in after she removed all of her staples from her spaying procedure. The staff acted quickly and took great care of her. Not only were they able to close up her wounds, but while Mali was sedated, they also repaired her belly button hernia at the same time. I was honestly surprised that I was able to pick her up within just 2 hours. I’m so grateful for the excellent care they provided. Thank you again for taking such great care of Mali!

Five stars isn’t enough for Dr. John Manning and the Night Watch team!!!! During a frightening emergency with my girl Sachi, I felt completely overwhelmed — until Dr. Manning walked in. His calm expertise and compassionate communication brought instant relief. After visiting 3 veterinarian offices and 2 urgent care in Stone Oak and North San Antonio, I can confidently say I will NEVER go anywhere else now that I have found Dr. John Manning. His leadership and skill set the standard for emergency veterinary care. Sachi is on the mend and doing excellent! Thank you, Dr. Manning and God bless you!

Knight Watch was amazing! When I got there they took us to a roon right away! They didnt waste any time treating My cookie girl (cat). And they were all so nice and kind. So thankful I went there. Big thank you to Floyd, the receptioist and the Dr. 😀
