Lili Veterinary Hospital + Urgent Care

We had a great experience at Lili Veterinary Hospital. The care and attention were excellent from the moment we arrived. The veterinarian was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. What I appreciated most was how caring and professional the entire team was throughout the visit. Most importantly, my dog is feeling much better now, which is exactly what every pet owner hopes for. Thank you for the wonderful care. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care. 🐾❤️

I’ve taken all our dogs to Lili Vet Hospital since 2021, and their caring crew has always been a great help. We’ve even brought in stray dogs we’ve found in our neighborhood to see if they have microchips and find their owners. Through it all, everyone at Lili Vet Hospital has always been supportive and kind. It’s heartwarming to walk in and have all the techs look genuinely excited to see my dogs. You can tell they love animals and enjoy taking care of them.

The vet and tech treated my dog like he was vicious dog even though he is far from that. They wouldn't even touch him because he is a pitbull. The tech stood in the corner and the dr. Just sat down and started talking about unrelated issues. She didn't even look at him. Wasted time and money. They used to have a good dr. An older white lady and she was able to give vacs easily and she was loving and caring towards him. Funny thing is, he is a well trained service dog who has never hurt a soul. Very prejudice. 2 visits, many hours lost, and nothing was done but prescribing him meds. If i were u, look elsewhere. I ended up going elsewhere and vacs were completed day of. Only reason i have 2 stars was because receptionist was very friendly to both of us and showed no prejudice. It makes me sad when people look at all pitbulls as if they are going to be aggressive.

We had a scare when our little girl swallowed a foreign object and started having trouble breathing, of course, it happened on a Sunday. We rushed to an emergency vet clinic, but after a $1,000 bill and no real answers, we brought her to our regular vet at Lili Veterinary Hospital the next day. The team at Lili was incredible. They performed X-rays and an ultrasound, and thankfully determined she had passed the object naturally. The vet techs and staff were compassionate, professional, and thorough. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention they gave us. Truly grateful for this amazing team!

I had an oustanding experience with Dr Lily , the moment l walked in the staff were professional, welcoming and efficient. Dr Lily was exceptional in her examination, knowledgeable, gentle and caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Her professional ism and. Compassion approach made all the difference. If you are looking for a good Doctor and excellent team , Doctor Lily is the one.

I've been coming to Lilli Veterinary Hospital for a couple of years. I have always received great service for my fur babies. I also appreciate the hours of operations. The Entire staff, front desk, the techs and doctors are Amazing! Everyone is caring, professional and respectful. Dr. Okafor is extremely helpful and truthful and I appreciate that. I have been going to Lili Vet for 5 years now and I live 30 miles away. Dr O has been amazing!! She has been there when we have had our huskies sick and when we had new additions to the family. One of the few Vets that has a heart and truly cares about your fur baby.
