VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

The care by the vet is excellent - the queueing system is really not working though. I booked and came in at 11:00 on the dot. I was told that I'd have a long wait so to perhaps sit in the car or walk around the store. I sat in my car until I was informed that it was time for me to return. Of course now there was a long line of people and I just had to get on the end wait like everyone else. I expected them to work through the registered people and call me, but after an hour in line, I was seen, as if I hadn't even done any of the pre-registering etc. My advice - get there early and DON'T BUDGE from the line! (Cat, worm shot if you're interested)

I have been coming to VIP for vaccinations and testing for over a year. The customer service is great once you get through the frustrating first come first serve situation. The staff are great caring and knowledgeable and I like how you can watch them interact with your pet. I'm the owner of TLC Brits Cattery and I always recommend them to local buyers.

This was my first time at VIP PetCare for an annual adult cat checkup. I came on a Wednesday around 3PM, scanned the QR code to get in line, and was out by 4:30PM (obviously your wait will depend on the patients that day). Customer service was great! Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

It was a great experience to be able to bring my best friend to meet the VIP Pet Care. The team was very nice, everyone was friendly and courteous. I would recommend anyone out there that are looking for a vet care, VIP Pet Care is the right group to take you best friend to go see have the shot record update and educational.

Knowledge friendly staff and affordable services for the pooch! Thank you. This use to be the case but I went back to help a stray kitty and they turned me down twice after driving for 40min to see them. The staff gave me an attitude and told me that they were booked. But their posting says drop in! Not sign up online and then drop in. They came out difficult and I even heard a staff complain that I mentioned the kitty was a stay and I was trying to help her if they could possibly try to add me to their list. Rude! Rude! Rude! People and places change. I won't be coming back here. Look for other places to go. This will help people stay as regular people instead of inflating their ego. Just because we need them doesn't mean that there aren't others out there.

I had a great experience taking my furry baby girl, Nyla, to the VIP Petcare Wellness Center (Land Park). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the checkup was thorough, and the facility was clean and well-equipped. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent service that Nyla received.
