Thank you for being so fabulous, caring and educated on Bunnies. I felt so comfortable dropping my bun off to be spayed and leaving her with you guys. Picking her up was just as fantastic. You told me about her meds, about her surgery, and I really felt at home. I appreciate it so much. To many people shes just a bunny but to me and my family shes exactly that family! She's recovering nicely too!!! Thank you.
I have been taking my cats there ever since I moved home in 2000. Very reliable help for my very dear fuzzies!!! All medical help is expensive, but I always say expensive compared to what??? These people are awesome and my cats deserve the best! Lol
The staff is great my kitty got car sick on they way to her appointment and the staff took her and cleaned her up for me. I felt bad but they said they deal with this sort of thing all the time. They were very understanding. They were patient with my kitty as she is very timid. Overall a great place to bring your fur babies to get top notch care.
I had a great experience bringing Kitty for a procedure. Friendly staff that genuinely seems to care about the animals they see. I loved to see Kitty being carried around by the Dr's, quite happy, and because cats are excellent judges of character, I knew I could trust the staff 🙂 And in the end, the cost was far below what was quoted, because of a distinct lack of complications with the procedure. They could have easily charged me full cost and I would have been none the wiser. I'll definitely be making Camden Hospital for Animals our new Kitty doctor!
Dr. Bettney and team is awesome. My 2yo dog Maggie has A LOT of energy, anxious energy, and they were unbelievably able to examine her and draw a blood sample. Wow! A+ She also sent me with some anti-anxiety medicine for Maggie for our next visit. The best!
Just a lovely crew of people who have not only made me feel welcome and listened to, but also my two babies are not so afraid of the vet anymore! Their rates are fair from what I’ve experienced and have been met with nothing but empathy, resources and great info.
Disappointed in this clinic as they could not offer a better solution for my pet. We were already established as a patient and when my elderly dog needed antibiotics they could not get us in until 4 days later!! She could have had a terrible infection by then. Their only other offer is to take her to the emergency clinic. This was in the middle of the week, so wait until next week or go to emergency place for what would have taken a vet 5 min to look at and prescribe antibiotics! What is the point of even being an established patient when you can’t get in when your animal needs help!!? Very disappointed in them.
