PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Our visit went well my dog’s rabies Injection. The line for Care moved quickly.However, the communication with where to go and the check-in process left a lot to be desired.

I signed up on line, which is better than than just walking in, and the process was very smooth. Dr. Chuck Rogers and his vet techs were wonderful. Excellent bedside manner. My Willow loved them!

Everyone working was pleasant and communicative. Check in was quick as was the exam. We had no problems, just good service for my dog's yearly vaccinations.

Both the vet tech and the vet were knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns and helped me with joint supplements,flea prevention,a rabies vaccine,and a heartworm test for a very reasonable price with no need for an appointment. My fur baby was treated like a best friend instead of an aggressive German shepherd. I can’t recommend this clinic enough

They made London’s puppy visit so easy and we’re so incredibly nice. Everything was explained to me in detail about London and about her next visit. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience and for being so gentle with my fur baby!

Had been going to this location for vaccines and previously had very good experiences at the previous 3 visits. The last visit here we arrived and pre-registered and got in line to wait. We were told by the vet tech that we would receive a text notification when they were ready for us and that we should go wait in our car or could do some shopping. We were told that they no longer did first come first served and that we would be notified by text when it was our turn. We thought that was strange since we had never done this at any of the previous 3 visits and we asked how long they had been doing it that way and she told us over a year, which was not true since we had been there multiple times in the previous year and never done that before. We were told there was no line and we walked around the store while we waited. We noticed a line beginning to form so we went back and got in it behind many people who arrived after us. What previously took us maybe half an hour ended up taking well over an hour this visit since we were forced to go to the back of the line due to the vet tech lying to us about not having a line. We stood in the line and watched as each person in front of us was helped in the order they lined up. We never got a text as we were told, so that part was a lie also. Very disappointing since our previous experiences had been very good. Will not be going back due to the lying and blatant disregard for our time. The vet tech who lied to us sat in the corner of the exam room awkwardly staring at us when it was our turn. Everyone else, the other techs and the vet were all great. Not sure why we were singled out and discriminated against by the one tech, but it doesn't matter since we won't be back for more mistreatment.
