They were super nice, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I've never had a vet say that if we had any future problems with the reason for the surgery, he would work with us on pricing. That truly meant a lot when a business puts people and pets over profit.

Palmetto Vet (Rock Hill location) was recommended by a mutual friend to help our senior kitty cross the rainbow bridge. They were nothing but kind during the entire process. They made such a hard decision easier with their care and compassion. I also appreciate the affordability for the procedure. Not having to worry about incurring a major cost during an already difficult time was much appreciated. Thank you, Palmetto Vet!

I’m honestly not even sure how to feel right now. We just moved here a year ago and if you asked me a week ago I would have given a rave review about this place after I dropped over $4k on multiple pets in a week and a half and liked the staff and the care and was so happy to have found this vet. Fast forward to today, I am currently sitting in the emergency vet with my dog who got into a bag of dog food and is very clearly distended with a rock hard stomach and very uncomfortable and panting. I called right before they closed and the receptionist reiterated to the vet who could not have cared less. They acted like it was totally fine and it was no big deal despite me pushing back that this has happened to another dog of mine a few years ago and we had to induce vomiting and it was actually a very serious situation. They still just rushed me off the phone and told me they were now closed and it was up to me if I wanted to take her to the emergency vet or not and could not be bothered. No empathy or compassion towards me as I was very clearly in distress what so ever just concerned about clocking out. I then immediately called the emergency vet in which they confirmed that she needed to be seen as this could cause bloat and had I followed this advice my dog could be dead. I’m so disappointed

My husband and I have been dealing with a situation with our dog that kept us up many evenings. After no relief after seeing another veterinarian, our friend recommended Palmetto Veterinary Medicine and I am so gratefful. 🐾🐕‍🦺 This was our first visit bringing our girl Brooke here, and the visit went very well. The front desk was very helpful obtaining her records, and very friendly and welcoming. My nervous dog was very relaxed due to the atmosphere here. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable, prompt and caring toward our girl and worked out a care plan that made sense. Her assistant was very kind, and knowledgeable also. The facility has plenty of parking and the inside is very clean. Our girl is doing better already, and I highly recommend this practice.

I love it here but the dogs are not to fond of it lol. They are always so compassionate and friendly and not too over priced. Dakota loves her Cody and Matt the groomers there too!

My pup Jordan enjoyed his last visit. They made him really comfortable during his teeth cleaning procedure. He is a very anxious dog but he seemed relaxed when I went to pick him up. Prices are very reasonable. So happy I found them. Thank you for the extra care. ❤️
