Dr. Hale saved our cat! We went all over NM and even Colorado, but only Dr. Hale made us feel confident our cat was going to be okay and she was! We happily drove 2 hours to see her. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Zia Pet Hospital has a versatile staff and many multi-talented doctors, all who have gone beyond insuring understanding and adequate care be attained for my pups. Thank you, Dr. Hale, Dr.Luck, Dr.Marvig, Essie in Regenerative Med, Bre, Mariah, Brianna, Danielle, Brooke, and Practice Manager Cayla.

We took our Chihuahuas there she had a tooth infection gave her pain meds and antibiotics and in April she scheduled for a dental cleaning ..They are very caring and affordable!!!

Very efficient and effective. Appointment at 3. I was promptly taken back and didn’t wait long for the vet. Took my dog, did their business and was walking out at 3:15. Very cohesive teamwork and kuddos to whoever is running this place. Very well done. Thank you

From the moment I first called this place, I have been blown away by their exceptional knowledge, empathy, and service. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude for Dr. Moulton and this wonderful team—they truly went above and beyond for our senior pug and gave her the best care she’s ever had. I found myself getting emotional from their genuine kindness and care. I have never had a vet allocate time at the end to ask us if we had any questions and be so thorough and caring for an exam before. Granted, veterinarians do challenging and heavy work, but this team made it look easy and it’s clear they are passionate about the work they do. Our wonderful veterinary technician even trimmed our girl’s nails for us and made her feel so comfortable. Thank you, you guys are angels. We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Moulton and this amazing team. We will definitely return!

We couldn't be happier with how friendly the staff is. Every time I call or have appointments every one greets like their are your friend. Dr Hale helped us so much with our 12 year old doodle when his time with us was ending. We have a new boy and again Dr Hale has been so kind taking care of him. We could be happier with the care we have received at Zia Pet Hospital and highly recommend them!

No way I am going back here when the Vet called me and tried to sell me tests for my dog after a false positive on a heart-worm test. She was very concerned about where my dog had been, which worked me up and made me more upset. The office commented they did a retest and it was positive a second time, at no cost to me. I was not told this by my vet when she called. I will say she was very empathetic for me and my dog. After recovering from the phone call, I realized there was another avenue so I called the office and told them I wanted a retest. They agreed to send it out to a speciality place, and I indeed paid for that one myself.. Thank goodness it came out negative. Thinking of the tactics that was used at least by the one vet, I have never stopped thinking about the phone call. I did ask many questions when that vet called me by phone with the news, and one was the cost for the lab work and treatment to get him healed. But I asked many other questions at well trying to cover all bases with the knowledge I have. But at no point did she say first and foremost, that she let me know about 2nd test in-house test nor did she recommend an out-house test to completely verify the results before the big bucks were spent. After all the legwork and thinking I did on my own, she called me again, this time a week later - after her vacation - to let me know the off-site test was negative and she was happy for me.
