Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about the care and service we receive from Boulevard Animal Hospital. While we have complete trust and confidence in the veterinarians, staff, and the exceptional medical care provided to our pets, we are equally grateful for Jen, Office Manager, who truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Jen’s knowledge, professionalism, fun loving spirit and genuine compassion are evident in every interaction. She knows our pets by name, and even more importantly, our pets know and trust her as well. She takes the time to make every visit feel personal and welcoming, treating Kenzo, Saint, and Balmain as if they were her own. What sets her apart is the level of care she provides beyond the office visit. If one of our pets is sick, she follows up to check on their progress "not"because she has to, but because she genuinely cares about their well-being. That kind of dedication and kindness is rare and deeply appreciated! It is comforting to know that our pets are cared for by a extraordinary team that combines exceptional veterinary expertise with such heartfelt compassion. We are incredibly thankful for the veterinarians, staff, and Jen and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking outstanding care for their beloved pets.

Briana was incredibly kind and reassuring during my visit. She made me feel comfortable and confident that my dog was in good hands, and my dog absolutely loved her. She is attentive, compassionate, and clearly great at what she does. She truly deserves recognition and a raise for the care she gives.

The female receptionist that answered my brothers call for assistance today 3/26/2026 for his dog, needs serious customer service training and to be fired. She berated him about how he shouldn't be breeding his dog at her age, which the sad part was, he has been taking his dog Lexi to this location for years. She has never been pregnant before and him nor Lexi have a negative history at this location or any other. He called to see if they could schedule him for a ultrasound for his dog. After she stated that he would not be able to pay the fee and the dog would not be given back to him, before even having the dog come in or even told him the price. He started calling around to other places for assistance. Later in the day, the Richmond SPCA came to his home, because the female provided false information to have them come out. The representative that came to my brothers home even mentioned a negative interaction with this company. It's really sad that folks in this day and age, still pretend that providing a false allegation against someone without proof, can still harm someone reputation. And the sad part, I'm sure the staff member from the RSPCA reported back that there was no findings to her false report and no one from that company called to apologize or even help his Lexi out.,

Last week I had my dog sent to this animal hospital where I’ve been taking him for his entire existence. He’s been have problems that’s very concerning to me so I figured I would take him to get taken care at the vet where they take care of animals right? Wrong. Instead he was give a number of very expensive tests and given medicine I’m not really sure he needs. The single trip was $800+ I do understand the vet is not cheap so that’s cool. What’s not cool is the fact they could not tell me at all what was wrong with him and recommend I take him to an emergency facility. Now why would you charge someone $800+ when you can’t even tell me what’s wrong with him? I paid all that money for a recommendation to go somewhere else that’s just not right. So they choose to call me 3x back to back while I’m working today returning my call from 2 days ago then come at me with attitude unnecessarily because I’m asking questions. Although I shouldn’t have I gave attitude back and got hung up on and banned from the vet over the phone. Guys please be careful when deciding who you trust with your animals they Will try to take advantage of you! They only care about money not your animal!

I have a rescue staffy who LOVES going to Boulevard Animal Hospital. Every time we go to the vet's, she thinks we're going to go hang out with her friends (especially Jenn and Jas, who are super sweet to her!!). From the moment we walk through the door, I feel like my dog is getting the best care and attention. We have been going to this practice since I first adopted Lily, which was about 2 years ago. We've seen Dr. Willis and Dr. Tisnado, both of whom are wonderful--very kind, patient, and thorough in their assessment, and they answer all my questions. I feel like the staff genuinely cares about my dog, and I feel confident in the quality of the medical care she receives here at BAH. Lily and I hope to keep going to BAH for many years to come. Thank you to everyone on the team for being so awesome!

My dog Nova sustained an injury while out and about and was in a lot of pain. Our regular vet did not have availability to see her, so I called here and they were able to get her seen within an hour and a half. The staff were helpful and showed Nova so much care and affection. Dr. Infantes was great about communicating his thoughts and desired approach, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were upfront about costs, and I appreciated being able to have the required meds filled in-house instead of having to go to a pharmacy.

Absolutely awesome. I didn't have an appointment they worked me in right away. Then called the very next morning to check on Gracie the entire staff were so good to us. My favorite is the woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to help my baby
