I had an amazing experience here. My dog Rosie is dog-reactive and needed to be seen, due to excessive scratching. They are small, but oh, the service I witnessed. Rosie was whisked in a side door to a private room, which no other vet i called offered to do. (Damonte Ranch wanted to put her in a crate near other dogs for 1/2 day. She is DOG-REACTIVE.) I spoke to the actual doctor here, who took time to answer all my questions and tell me how cute my dog is. I witnessed 3 technicians assisting a blind senior dog into the facility while we were there, exhibiting great empathy (see photo). Everyone on staff was gushing over Rosie, and were upbeat and friendly. I got a follow-up text to see how she is doing, and an email thanking me for choosing them. Wow! THIS is the customer experience i yearn for. Rosie and i will be back. Thank you for taking such good care of my Rosie.
I have brought my animals here for awhile now and I have to say hands down they are the best!! I have recommended them to several people the staff here is beyond wonderful, they do not over charge for the services they make it affordable to take care of your fur babies. I can’t say enough about pinion they are absolutely amazing!!!!
Our family is so grateful for the doctors and staff at Pinion Vet Hospital. We’ve taken our dogs there for years, and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Even with a full schedule, they consistently made time to call, check in, and walk us through our dog’s health concerns so we never felt alone or unheard. Today, when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye, they found a way to fit us in at the end of an already long day. Their compassion, patience, and dedication gave our sweet girl a peaceful passing and gave us comfort in one of the hardest moments of our lives. We are deeply thankful for the care they provided, not just today, but every step of the way.
Pick a more professional veterinary office. The wait times are horrendous, expect to sit for at least an hour. One time I received an email saying I had a follow-up appointment. I drove across town, stressed my pet out, and when I got there they said oops sorry it was a computer mistake. I forgave it the first few issues, everyone has off days, but it's every single visit. Today they wrote down my pet's vitals on a napkin using a sharpie. If you bring your pet in the exam cell, many of the exam rooms have only one small corner bench so if you bring a second person don't expect for them to have anywhere to sit while you wait 45 minutes for the vet to come in. I also feel the doctors here have a gatekeeper business philosophy and they put profit above pet health.
Very good care for exotics! They’ve taken excellent care of my mischief of rats—a neuter, X-rays and antibiotics for URIs, weight and well checks.
Had an emergency with my baby macaw. They got me in immediately, were very helpful and compassionate. They took care of the problem and didn't charge me an arm and leg. Best avian vet.
I understand now why this place has gone down hill since Dr Thomas left. The lady that works the front desk (older lady) is unbelievably rude and her customer service is ridiculous. As a long time pet owner and new to this area. In the twenty years of going to vets, this has been the worst experience. When I took out sweet 1 year old to get her nails cut for the first time, they said they could not due it because it was stressing her out and her puppy nibbling became a little more than that. However when we got home we noticed that her back paw had a nail cut down to the wick, when I had asked specifically if they cut any nails they said no. Such a lie. I do not like being lied to at all. My dogs are an important part of our family. It is imperative that the providers be warm and caring. Which this place is far from. Today I tried to make an urgent appointment because our poor girl hurt her foot, and was told they closed our account because of the accusation of them lying. This post is not because we out angry, this is to show what terrible customer service there is and if you question them they will not notify you and close you out and refuse to treat you. To be perfectly clear when we brought her there the first time we had never had her nails cut nor had we done it. She did not like her feet touched and her nails are black. A little nerve racking. So why would one of her nails be cut down to the wick? If we did not do it and that was not the case when I brought her in that day. How did her nail get cut during the time with the vet? Not only has the over lost all three of my dogs for a client. The rest of my family that I had told to come here, will no longer be going. That is five other family members . I miss Dr Thomas and wish I knew where she went because I would go there in a heartbeat. UPDATE: I highly recommend going to Kreature Komforts Animal Hospital. They are truly amazing over here. Warm and welcoming, patient and kind. Prices are great. Lobby is much more inviting and open with plenty of seating. Front desk staff is so enjoyable and friendly. Could not ask for anything better.
