Peak Pet Urgent Care

Our dog had a foxtail stuck in her paw that required attention sooner than our vet’s office was open. We checked in to Peak online, arrived at the appointed time and waited a short time to see staff and then, also very quickly, Dr. Luchetti. Every member of the staff was kind, communicative, and professional. Dr. Luchetti explained our best case scenario, our worst case scenario, then gave us a cost estimate. The best case scenario was the outcome and we left with a more comfortable pup, clear instructions, and it was an expensive visit but not outside a typical cost at the non-emergency vet for sedation, exploration, extraction of the foxtail, meds and the piece of mind that came with an 8 pm visit without the emergency vet fees. We will definitely recommend Peak to others and return every time we have an urgent need for vet care!

This is experience was great. As nervous pet parents, we were put at ease by the nice and caring staff. They were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable with the care that was going to be given to our fur baby. Hopefully we don't have to come back anytime soon, but in case of emergency we will be coming back here. Thank you so much for the great care we received and for helping our pup. We are so grateful!

The whole experience was really amazing! We just moved to the area a month ago and were not expecting such a non life threatening emergency right now but the doctor and technician and even the receptionists really soothed my worries and helped my dog feel better! It was such a pleasant experience and even though and thankfully my dog wasn't critical and she could wait - she was still taken care of with the utmost care! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know about Peak Pet Urgent Care! Thank you to the whole team who loved on my Muppet!

Pet Peak Urgent Care staff help make a stressful situation a bit easier on us. From the online check in to the very friendly and patient staff. They were excellent in explaining everything they were doing and the plan of action. Our Skully boy was impelled by a stick in his paw and was in a lot of pain. He was pretty unsure and timid when we got there, being protective of his wound. It was so nice to see the vet tech and Dr. take the extra time and be so patient with him in this stressful situation. Peak Pet Urgent Care has the friendliest and most attentive staff I have ever come across in the veterinary field. I had to bring both of my cats in for vomiting and the staff told me my options very carefully allowing me to ask questions, which I'm sure were stupid or obvious to them. They made me feel heard and calmed me down as I was obviously stressed to bring my babies to the hospital. I urge you to bring your pet here, they are extreme competent and relatively affordable. They also have four separate payment plans to help pay for bills if needed. 10/10 highly recommend.

Peak saved our sanity and helped our Dog. We got the run around from the emergency vet sending us back to our regular vet then our regular vet sent us to Peak as an urgent care visit. Out vet did not understand the proper way to refer us to the surgeon. When we arrived the staff was so helpful and understanding of all the back an fourth. They worked hard to get us in to see the surgeon within mins or arriving which avoid us having to make an appointment and coming back. The Dr did not want to just jump to surgery for my baby. He ran some tests and developed and plan to best take care of my baby. The staff was so sweet understanding and amazing with my dog. He struggles in environments with dogs and his anxiety was off the charts when we arrived. They got down to his level. Talked with him to help him calm and feel more comfortable. After the DR came in my dog relaxed at the vet for the first time ever and laid down. I was so worried about my dogs knee but after the DR reviewed the scans he determined that there is a better treatment plan with out surgery. This place is amazing I am so grateful for them and how they treat humans and animals. Amazing staff!!!!!!
