Doctor Baker is one of a kind, she always explains everything calmly and while exercising patience. My senior dog has been going to her since he was a puppy and she has helped us through every day vet care and some scares. Most recently she has really gone above and beyond helping me while Gizmo goes through a stressful health scare. She has been so supportive and helpful. I honestly don't think there is a better vet out there. I am so thankful for Doctor Baker and her staff. Doctor Kraft is also amazing!

Dr. Baker is a terrible vet and completely unprofessional. Her bedside manner is awful, and she treats people with zero respect. My friend brought her dog in, and when Dr. Baker called saying she wanted to put the dog under anesthesia, my friend said no—she didn’t want that for her elderly dog. Instead of listening, Dr. Baker talked over her, wouldn’t let her speak, and then started yelling. When my friend tried to explain that she knows her dog and didn’t think anesthesia was necessary, Dr. Baker just kept interrupting and got more aggressive. It was completely out of line. Then she told my friend to come get her dog and take her somewhere else. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a professional. Do not bring your animals here if you expect basic respect.

Dr. Baker, Dr. Kraft and their staff are always kind and helpful. They have taken amazing care of our dog and see him immediately if he's having issues. I highly recommend them to anyone who has pets. Thank you!!

The staff and Dr. Baker are extremely friendly, transparent, caring and understanding. The little videos of my pet after her visit with Dr. Baker are too cute and I appreciate them. I feel the price is reasonable for the care your pet needs.

Our dog had a double ear infection. We called our previous vet and they could not accommodate us, so we called Damonte and they told us to drop our dog off and they would work her into their schedule. I'm so glad we called and we were very happy with the service. They were booked, but thought outside of the box and came up with a solution to help us. We really appreciate the help and our dog is on the mend.
