Dermatology for Animals - Reno

My Dogue de Bordeaux had a coat/skin allergy issue. The staff, from receptionist to vet tech to the vet were welcoming, warm, and patient with us. The vet gave us a clear plan moving forward depending on his test results, and the techs were ever so gentle with my boy when he had to come back two days later for his (partially sedated) blood draw. I would highly recommend them for their services.

Dr. Harbour and her staff are remarkable! Since the moment she entered the exam room and plopped on the floor to make our dog feel comfortable, we knew we were in the right place. She conducted a thorough exam and asked all the needed questions and heard all our concerns. After a year of continual ear and skin problems, she set us on the right track. We think this is an incredible place!

Extremely pleased. My Pomeranian is almost 5 and has a dermatology disorder TBD. Thoroughly examined, generous time allowed, and KIND! Definitely will be returning no matter the best price around. Best care comes first. Rocket’s Mom

After 5 years of going through the "try this" journey of treating our Lucy for allergies, we now know that her condition is NOT allergies, but a low Thyroid. I can’t tell you how thankful we are to finally have an answer! We are looking forward to an improved skin and coat in the next year. Thank you from our entire family🐾

Our pup has been suffering from a VERY dry nose- to the point where it cracks and bleeds terribly. Our vets referred us to Dermatology for Animals and they're been great. They got him on an allergy med that helped a little but still didn't do the trick. We got him in for the scratch test and determined what he's allergic to and are doing up a custom allergy med specifically for him. Hopefully that helps! All the staff there are wonderful with our pup who gets very anxious at the vet. They're patient and gentle with him and he's usually a lot happier by the time we leave- even when he's been poked, prodded and this last time scratched a lot! Definitely recommend.

First time here. The physician and staff were warm, welcoming, and informative. They listened to our concerns, answered every question, and gave informative answers. We've been through a few vets with our dogs disease, and this is the first time in six months we've felt heard, understood, and accepted. We can't thank them enough for being there for not just us, but our fur-baby.
