Fantastic Clinic! My dogs love going here. They are excited to see the friendly staff every time we go. I also have a cat that doesn't like anyone but likes the staff here. My animals won't go anywhere else. Medical care has been great and having people my animals trust for a boarding option has made traveling so much less stressful.

This is a review for my cat’s visit last summer. Dr. Kronz is the most caring doctor I have even seen for my cat. I adopted my cat from Humane Society two years ago and had routine checkup since then at VCA Bellevue. Last summer my cat got sick, and that was my first time dealing with a sick cat as an owner. VCA Bellevue was fully booked for a week so I was recommended to try VCA Redmond and I am so glad I did. Dr. Kronz continued to follow up with me after seeing my cat and was so patient with me about my questions. Dr. Kronz’s treatment plan worked and my cat was recovered within a week.

Boarding! I can not express how amazing the staff especially Tracee is with my 3 dogs who are small, medium and large. My middle dog is a little anxious but gets so excited to see her amazing Tracee when going to daycare or boarding. If you want a true carer for your beloved pet, you need to check them out. They have outside space for plenty of running and your babies will come back happy and tired. Tracee and her team and valuable and amazing.. 🤩

Today we visited the clinic because our dog needed her anal glands expressed. We were taken in quickly, and everyone was very kind and professional. Everything was done efficiently, and they also updated our dog’s vaccination during the visit. The price was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service and had a great experience overall.

They lost my dog when she was boarding! Got a call a few days into our vacation, they had lost my dog who got out during "supervised outside playtime". Turns out "supervised" means person sleeping on the job. They lied about it to us though. A Good Samaritan found her miles away and brought her in only after finding info from microchip. We started asking for daily pictures. Basically proof of life. They seemed to get annoyed by that. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a 25% discount because of the "issue". We also kept hearing she was with big dogs when we EXPLICITLY stated she not be since she is not even 4 pounds. They also leave them alone basically 14 hours overnight. That’s not quality care. We considered continuing vet services but I just can’t bring myself to do it. We will NEVER take her back there.

I brought my 4 year old cat here as a new patient today. Our entire experience for both of us couldn't have been better. All of the staff there was courteous, professional, super knowledgeable and very patient. I never felt like treatment options were forced on me, I never felt judged by declining a treatment, and I felt like all recommendations were given in the best interest of my cat rather than in the best interest of profiting the corporate pocket. As a new patient, our exam was free and the vaccine for our cat was reasonably priced at $27. I don't live nearby but this is the vet clinic that we will always be bringing our beloved pet too. Glad to have found it

Dr. Kronz and the staff at VCA Redmond have been so incredible for my older dog Mumford. He has IVDD and arthritis and has been struggling with mobility but he has received the most incredible care here. Acupuncture, laser therapy, and lots of doggy PT and his mobility is incredible for a long dog in his teens. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
