Fabulous experience. Welcoming and helpful team, and our vet loves GSDs. That was so obvious because they were totally calm and warmed right up to her! I could not have made a better choice for my dogs.

Been taking my cat, now 16, to this clinic for more than 5 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say. Over the years we've seen multiple different vets, all of whom have been knowledgeable, friendly, gentle with my cat, and very helpful. The reception and technician staff have also always been lovely. As an elder millennial, I dislike making phone calls unless I absolutely have to, so I really appreciate that they always respond very quickly to emails and that I can schedule exams through their website. The clinic is clean and pleasant to be in, and there is ample parking out front. They even have complimentary treats at the front desk for both pets and their humans. Keep up the great work, RKAH!

This had been my family’s vet for years. We loved them until Thrive acquired it. Our favorite vet left and the costs increased, but we were locked into a membership. Now that the membership renewal is upon us, we’ve tried for weeks to cancel via the Thrive portal, Thrive email, and even USPS mail to Thrive no avail. There is no phone number to contact Thrive and no responses to any communications sent to Thrive.

Me and Cookie had a great experience with Dr. Birchmeier and Samantha. Dr Birchmeier was empathetic, informative, and did not pressure me on the treatment plan. She handled my senior cat extremely well. I've never seen her so comfortable at the vet!
