You welcomed me and my pet, handled my pet carefully and lovingly, and provided great information for me. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Dr Wells was careful and thorough. She clearly cared about my pet. The assistant was also caring and good. Kathleen had helpful suggestions for me. Everything - couldn't ask for a better experience!

I was really happy with the care I and my little bird Marco received, from start to finish. All the staff was very friendly and warm, and also very professional. I felt like I not only got great care for my bird, but great information for myself as his caretaker. I wish I recalled the names of everyone, but you were all amazing. Everything, from reception to checkout, was great. And I love the new office space.

Thorough and professional. The avian behavior specialist took time to speak with me and was very helpful and made me feel confident in using her as a resource in the future. The vet and vet tech were super as well! My whole experience was amazing I appreciate having a vet that specializes in birds. Everyone was helpful and kind.
