Bethany Family Pet Clinic

We have been at Bethany Family Pet Clinic for 11 yrs across three pets and have our fair share of healthy visits and scares. Most recently they were able to get us an emergency appt for a sick cat, quickly run the needed tests and refer us out to emergency pet hospital intake. They were so kind, so informative and so compassionate. Hearing your pet is very ill is heartbreaking and they helped us not only through the medical language but also the emotional! Thank you SO much!

Great care and empathetic vets. They help our anxious dog be as calm as possible. They don't over recommend services and truly care for your pets well being. Its also so very convenient to be able to pay and schedule appointments in the treatment room.

They changed everything for us! My dog was terrified of the vet. She developed a couple chronic conditions, and there were vet visits where they would just send us home because she refused to be examined. Finally we came here and everyone is so patient and wonderful. Zora now runs in and tries to go greet everyone at their work station. She snuggles up to Dr. Lough for scratches! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us ❤️

Vets are good but the customer service situation needs to be addressed. I'm on extended out-of-state travel for work and requested my cats prescription be emailed or faxed. The clinic states the only option is pickup and there will not be any electronic delivery of this prescription. Why? Internal policy. Communicated the situation and am given no options or even communicate why this policy is so black and white. Complete lack of accessibility which would require me to establish my cat to a whole new vet. To add, the last 3 times I've called in 2026 I've been put on hold for atleast 8 minutes and it gets forwarded to voicemail. Then I call back and someone answers immediately. Bethany Clinic, I'm looking for you to make this situation right. I need my cats prescription.

When my dog suddenly was having significant lameness in his back right leg and generally wasn't acting himself, Dr. Rodriguez took the time to see him that day. After examination and XRays we came up with a plan. Magnus showed improvement within 24 hours and I was much relieved!

The staff and doctors are the hardest working, and most empathic folks I've met. Our dog was paralyzed by an unknown accident, and the amount of positive treatment for our beloved "kid" was out of this world. The amount of positive mental health treatment for the pet parents has been phenomenal as well. The staff have become like family as we went weekly for treatments. Four months in, and our dog is able to stand again, and with more rehab will walk. It's like going to "animal Doernbecher Hospital". They are all superior.

I have been taking my dogs to Bethany Family Pet Clinic since 2000. I often recommend them to friends and family. In fact my daughter and her hunsband recently transferred over even thou its further from their home. Thank you BFPC for all you have done for my animals.
