This vet office is absolutely amazing, and just had their 10 year anniversary. I have 3 dogs, and now a cat that come here, and I couldn't find a bad thing to say. They are so welcoming, and my dogs love them. The new cat did amazing with them, and they handled him so good. There is also an emergency vet clinic across the street, so either need is filled in one close space. I highly recommend VCPI! P.S. they also have the best, most fair, and worth it prices I have seen in a long time. P.S.S. Check out their wellness plans. One monthly cost can cover a number of things. Like nail trims! They even have a reward system too.

I’ve gone back and forth on making this review because ultimately they did provide the care that I wanted. I brought my 7 year old GSD in because she wasn’t eating like she normally does. Going 24-48 hours without eating is not normal in a senior dog. She’s not necessarily dog friendly, and there were other dogs and owners in the lobby I asked for us to weigh her after they had left. They agreed, the vet tech came in and gathered information on my concerns. A couple minutes later the vet comes in and says that my GSD has gained weight (8 pounds) and is just regulating her own weight since I’m not. I asked how she knew that she gained a specific amount of weight since she had not been weighed today. The vet quickly back pedaled her claims but offered no diagnostic support or interventions until I suggested getting bloodwork done on her. The vet and I agreed that she would contact me later that day with the results of the labs and we could discuss any findings at that time. Later that afternoon I got a one line email that stated everything was fine, and had to ask again to actually see the results. The next day I had another appointment for my other dog and I’m still waiting on the results of those labs 10 days later. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you know proper interventions and what you’re wanting from them prior to coming in the door.

What a great vet experience! Rae was absolutely wonderful with my pet from both a communication and pet-side manner. She made sure to keep me informed and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone at the front desk and in the office were so nice and helpful, I am so glad I found this practice!

Front desk ladies were very nice warm and welcoming. They made sure that I knew my cat was in good hands. They also took the time to help me understand all of the problems that were happening with my cat. Very lovely people. Highly recommend coming here. they also got me in when they had not a lot of time.

Visited today with my newest addition, Bridget, for an exam. Front desk staff are great. The vet techs and veterinarian we met today were great as well. Low stress environment and beautiful decor in the exam rooms. Thanks for seeing us today and treating my newly adopted dog with such kindness. See you in 4 weeks for her booster vaccination.

I contacted these guys after my dog pooped a worm and sent them a video. They said they couldn't identify the worm (it was CLEARLY a tapeworm) and needed a fecal sample. So I bring one in and it's a good sample. I can see the lil guys and I even pointed them out to the lady at the counter you could see them through the bag. Several of them. They didn't look at the sample for days and when I finally received the results , they were negative. They made it very clear to me that the sample needed to be less than twenty four hours old , and it was well over that by the time they "looked" and the email I got back was full of typos, and any time I called to check on the results they just asked for money. I felt so uncared for. If you want a vet thats prompt and professional, you might wanna skip this one. I ended up having to treat her myself with over-the-counter medicine.

This vet office is a breath of fresh air. I’ve brought both of my dogs here for different issues. Each time the staff was attentive and answered all questions. The exam rooms are very comfortable and come with a private patio. I also don’t feel pressured into certain treatments. Highly recommended!
