I cant recommend VCA of Parker enough! My parents have brought our family pets here my whole life, and now I bring my own pup here. Dr. Wesley is great, the gals at reception are always so kind, and Julian (!!!!!!!!!!!!) is fantastic!! My Nellie is the most nervous girl and Julian is so gentle and patient with her. So grateful to have such a caring team of professionals!!

We were recommended by my friend who gifted me my cat Kali and having been coming for 3 years. Dr. Midtbo is fantastic. She is realistic and to the point, has a calm demeanor and is pleasant to talk to. She takes great care along with the vet techs and the receptionists. However, earlier this year we noticed our dog Baelee stopped eating, we brought her in urgently and ended up having to see a different veterinarian. I would not recommend Dr. Wesley as his blatant lack of concern and care for our Baelee was truly disappointing and upsetting. He says "other than her being overweight she’s fine." This was in March of 2024 and she passed away from cancer on May 21st 2024. Perhaps he is a better option for appointments like annual checkups. We so wish we could have brought Baelee to see Dr. Midtbo—she really preferred her as her vet. We want to thank her for caring for her. We also want to thank Dr. Fischer for filling in, all of the vet techs and receptionists for being so helpful and supportive and kind 🩷

Dr. Midtbo is an absolute gem, and I feel so lucky to have her as my vet. She has cared for both of my pets with such compassion, thoughtfulness, and skill. From routine visits to more emotional moments, she’s been a steady, kind, and deeply empathetic presence. When we had to say goodbye to Theodore, Dr. Midtbo handled everything with such grace and tenderness. Her support during that heartbreaking time meant more than I can ever express. It was clear that she not only cared about Theodore, but also about me—and I’ll never forget that. And Zeppi! Thanks to Dr. Midtbo’s guidance and care, Zeppi is now healthier than ever. Her weight issues and related health problems have dramatically improved, and I genuinely believe she’s thriving more now than she ever has. Huge thank you as well to the entire vet staff—everyone is always so warm, professional, and incredibly kind. It’s rare to find a team that cares this deeply and consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you for treating my fur babies like family. ❤️🐾

I had a horrible experience here. This is my first bad review in my life. I love posting good reviews. I just rescued a Yorkie poodle and went here to get shots. My new baby was having trouble potting training due to his previous home. The vet and the vet tech were not nice or comforting as I had a lot of anxiety about this. The vet said that my dog might never get potty trained and to try a trainer. Very COLD. I have consulted several vets after and they were very reassuring and nice. The vet tech when I said I wanted to chip him looked at me like "really" thinking I was just going to give him up. I will never come back again. Sincerely new dog mom rescue who was already nervous. Also I went here with my other dog, Sadie a mini Aussie who is amazing and my parents took her one time and told me to never go back with how rude and dismissive. The only nice person was the lady at the desk.

My pups waiting for their checkups. Nice staff. Clean facility. The doctor always takes time to listen to our concerns and ask questions. Both got a clean bill of health ❤️

Back in November of 2023 my dog had passed away. He had been to VCA before and so I decided to contact VCA about having him cremated. I paid for a private cremation so I would recieve his ashes as well a paw print. It took over a week to get his ashes back when they had said it would take 2-4 days. During the time I was waiting they said they would update me on his ashes but they never did so I ended up calling them. That’s when I found out his ashes wouldn’t be ready for another 2-3 days from when they were supposed to be ready. When his ashes were available for me to pick up, they left a message in my voicemail, "Hi this is [employee’s name] from VCA Animal Clinic in Parker. I’m just calling to let you know that Harley is here and ready when you’re ready to come pick him up." Not the greatest verbage to use when someone has lost their best friend and is still grieving. Once I recieved his paw prints I was extremely disappointed because they had mispelled his name which was engraved on the paw print. His name was spelled right on everything else and I had given them the correct spelling multiple times. I called them several times and left a message about this and they never got back to me. If you experience the loss of your beloved pet, please do not bring them here. Bring them to someone else who actually cares.
