Deer Creek Animal Hospital

I’ve been going to Deer Creek Animal Hospital for the last year or so. They’ve always been helpful with my girl, Presley. I also want to thank them for being accommodating for me earlier today. This was my cats 3rd vet visit in 1 week (due to going to a specialist and then dealing with severe constipation on top of it all) given it was my second time there in 2 days, I felt like they were very understanding of my financial situation. Dr. Bri is always helpful. And huge shout out to Maggie, she’s always super sweet and helpful!!

I should have done this a long time ago. We were with Deer Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. Cain for over 12 years, and I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave our dog, Flex. From eye issues and diabetes to major surgeries and recovery, Dr. Cain always treated Flex with compassion and expertise. Even when we moved farther away, it was worth the drive to stay with a vet we trusted. Flex passed away two weeks ago, and Dr. Cain was there with us in his final moments. I could tell Flex was comfortable and surrounded by love. Thank you, Deer Creek, for helping us give Flex a long, happy life. We miss you Flex.

Had a wonderful experience at this vet clinic! Upon calling, Jessica on the phone was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions as a first time client, and made the process of creating my cat’s file and scheduling an appointment seamless. During the appointment, Dr. Berkey did a phenomenal and thorough job examining my cat and doing an all-around wellness check as he was just adopted. She was a great listener to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was super kind and gentle to my pet. The facility itself is very clean and tidy, and everyone there seemed very compassionate and knowledgeable. They did an ear fungal analysis, blood test, ear flush, and a vaccine injection all in 10 minutes while I waited in the exam room. And what was more impressive is that they came back into the room with the results already with my cat. We just moved to KC and we will not be going to any other vet other than this one moving forward. We are so thankful for everyone who works at Deer Creek Animal Hospital and could not recommend this place enough! If you need anything done with your fur baby, this place puts your mind at ease. 10/10

Deer Creek Animal Hospital is the best! I have been a client since 2010 and over the years they have taken wonderful care of my two cats and three dogs. The Staff and Doctor's always go above and beyond. They are always on time and great with follow up. I highly recommend them!

Very expensive clinic, which would be acceptable if their service was also top tier. It is not. They prescribed my cat some HP food that helped her immensely but when I tried to order more they said because it had been 10 months since my last visit they could not fulfill my order and I'd need to come in again. Beyond frustrating as I was out of town and really needed to order more food to help my cat sitter. Will no longer be taking my cat to a vet that does not allow me to order the food they prescribed due to not visiting for 10 months. Absurd

Just want to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Dr. Cain and Dr. Likes and their AMAZING STAFF! I’m a first time dog owner of a yorkie and he got very sick! I didn’t know what to do I called around to quite a few animal hospitals! When speaking with Jessica at Deer creek I knew it was nothing but God that sent me there! They took him in with open arms! Although he had to stay 5 days they communicated with me the entire time and assured me that Bruno will be okay and back to himself very soon! I was even allowed to come visit him through his stay! I could go on and on but I just want you guys to know that my family and I truly appreciate you ALL! I highly recommend this lovely animal hospital! They won’t let you down with any need you may have! True thankful!

Excellent staff and facility. I have known Dr. Cain for several years now as he took care of my older labs that passed away last year due to age. Now I am bring my new lab puppies to Deer Creek as I trust Dr. Cain and the team is wonderful to work with in getting appts setup and meds if needed. I highly recommend Deer Creek Animal Hospital.
