Dr. Boss and her team are truly amazing. You can feel how much they genuinely care, not just about the animals, but about the families too. They took such good care of my dog Fluffy during a very difficult time, and their kindness meant everything to me. The handwritten condolence card touched my heart more than words can say. I will never forget their compassion.

Our precious little Annie received excellent care from Dr Boss and the staff. She’s healing and doing so much better since her eye surgery.

I have been taking ALL of my pets to Dr. Fife or 15+ years and would not trust anyone else. Dr. Fife is competent, explains everything in a way I can clearly understand, and is always patient with my questions. I highly recommend VEI and Dr. Fife specifically for any concerns with your pet's eye. I have always understood "eyes and ears can go south quickly" and recommend every pet owner be aware and act accordingly.

They explained everything clearly and resolved the problem immediately. They were very friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. The first time we took our dog Jack to Dr. Torres, he had inflamed and "crusty" eyes, but he was also showing symptoms unrelated to his eyes. Dr. Torres was deeply concerned about his overall health, spent a great deal of time examining him, and was very honest with us about how worried she was. We could immediately tell that she genuinely cared about him. It turned out Jack needed his spleen removed and was lucky to survive. Once we returned to treating his eyes, Dr. Torres carefully explained every step of the process and made sure we understood the treatment plan. We’ve had several follow-up visits since then, and she has always been honest about balancing the care Jack needs while also trying to minimize unnecessary visits and costs. Any time we’ve had questions or needed eye drop or ointment refills, either the staff or Dr. Torres has responded quickly and with the same level of compassion and attention. Sometimes I joke that I wish I could be a dog so they could be my GP too. Maybe that’s a stretch, but I sincerely cannot recommend them enough.
