OVG Urgent Care

Had an emergency with my German shepherd over the weekend and needed to get him to a Dr asap. I called OVG and they were so kind and were able to get us in early the next morning. Very friendly and very knowledgeable team. We got the care and answers we needed. We drove a little over 2 hours to get there and they were worth it. Highly recommended.

After having less than stellar experiences with other urgent cares, it was a relief to find one with compassionate and skilled staff. My pitbull was not treated as a liability but the loving family member she is that needed medical care. I can not recommend OVG enough. Thank you for taking care of my baby as if she were your own. By FAR the best vet experience I've ever had. We were distressed over our elderly cat becoming ill and they got us in immediately on a Sunday. They were SO gentle with our fragile cat. They were great about listing out treatment items and extremely upfront about the prices - which were very reasonable for an emergency. Our cat is doing immensely better and we owe it to the kind Sunday staff. Thank you so much for treating our family as your own. 😻

First, thank you for even seeing us immediately, as this was an emergency visit. Three other clinics turned us away. We live quite far from the clinic that we were not aware of it until we did a web search. Top marks for the compassion and professionalism we received, as well as the quick implementation of procedures to narrow down what the distress was, that Moana was having. We are grateful to have found you and will relay this to everyone in need.

I had to take my dog into OVG Urgent Care yesterday. The team that took care of her did an excellent job. I got her in right away. They were able to do everything needed to treat her. It was comforting to be able to take her OVG because that is where she goes for regular veterinary visits. I am thankful Ridgeview provides this service. Thank you everyone for taking excellent care of my dog.

My labrador Annie had to be taken to OVG about 3 weeks ago, and even thought they did everything they could, the staff helped her pass with respect and the dignity she deserved. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. I remember a kind man who carried her like a puppy again, back to the treatment room when we first brought her in, because she could not walk. The front desk person, the vet techs and the ER Vet were all absolutely wonderful. They brought her a blanket for the floor, so we could be by her. They were just as upset as we were and treated her like they knew and loved her. Thank you all!

They were so kind and caring! I arrived early before opening and the front desk got me in right away. The doctor was very knowledgeable and got my fur baby in and out in no time. Also loved the fact it’s apart of Omaha Vet Group so all my pets info was readily available.
