Farr West Animal Hospital

We have always liked our vets at Farr West Animal Hospital. Kept our pets healthy as they grew. But everything is always pleasant when pets are young and healthy. We experienced what most pet owners will have to one day. Deciding when it's time to be humane and not selfish. Our bull mastiff/lab gave us 12 1/2 great years of love and loyalty. So when it was time to love him enough to put him to rest it was such a devastating decision. The staff was knowledgeable and informative with compassion. After making the final choice we set a date and even then in the room where he gave his last breath we never felt rushed. The tech Cherilyn and Dr. where so patient and let us say all the goodbyes we needed. A couple days later while the pain was still fresh we received a floral arrangement that brought us comfort and showed us how caring Farr West Animal Hospital staff all are. Then a week later we received a letter from them again that made us feel so seen and loved. Thank you again Farr West Animal Hospital Staff. We highly recommend y'all for all stages in life and for making that final decision for the pets that gave us their whole lives. - Stewart Family

The staff is great, timely and caring. Been going here for 2 years now and have never had anything bad to say. They treat my 110lb cane corso with love. We also go in for nail trimming and they always take such great care of our baby!

I love this veterinary office. The staff is very nice and helpful. I've seen multiple vets and their all knowledgeable and friendly. My dog always feels comfortable. The price is a tiny bit cheaper than a few other places I called,but still kinda expensive like every veterinary clinic you visit. I definitely recommend.

The techs and staff were so kind and empathetic when I had to bring in my dog, Mia, to be euthanized. Their room was prepared with 'Goodbye kisses' for Mia and face wipes for me since I was a crying, babbling baby during this process. They were patient, allowing me the time and space I needed to say 'till later', to my baby. Later, I received flowers and a card from their whole team sharing their deepest condolences. They helped make an extremely painful event more tolerable.

Absolutely love this vet office. All vets are amazing i have dealt with from general visit for vaccines and sick or wounded kitty. But the euthanasia ive had to use them for twice for my 13 year old lab with a sinus tumor and my 19 year old cat that lived a great life. Vets and tech were so kind and compassionate and made the experience as comfortable as possible for me and my son. Only place i take my critters!

My shepherd got into rat poison so I called my vet. According to their message they were having a meeting until later in the afternoon so my friend recommended her vet, Farr West Animal Hospital. They took my dog in the instant I walked in and took great care of him. I am so very grateful. I was even impressed with their pricing. Big fan here.

Absolutely incredible staff and care here. After a very unfortunate freak accident with my beautiful cat's front elbow being broken in "the worst way possible," according to multiple veterinary doctors, my fiance and I had to make the difficult decision to have her leg amputated. We called at least ten different places before these guys told us they would do everything they could do squeeze her in for the procedure. We were able to leave her in their care at very short notice, which is a miracle in itself. Every other place we called gave us a decently long waiting period, and I would have felt awful making my poor girl sit in pain for longer than necessary. Farr West Animal hospital has some of the most compassionate and accommodating staff I have ever met in the vet industry. They gave us an estimate on what our bills would come out to, talked us through every process, and helped reassure us that we were making the best choice we could for my girl. Dr Godfrey helped us out today when the surgical site split open (we're still not sure how), and got her back on the road to recovery. Thank you all so much!! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
