Millcreek Animal Hospital

Our whole family has been bringing our pets to Millcreek Animal Hospital for over 12 years. Dr. Ellis & all of the wonderful ladies at Millcreek are amazing!! We always receive incredible service! Several of our animals have had to have serious ir multiple surgeries, & have had to stay over-night. The staff let's you visit your pets at anytime if they have to stay, & they treat our pets with as much love as if they were their own!! We love Millcreek & we will continue to bring our pets here!

I came here to get my cat neutered. I don’t have complaints on how the procedure went. I appreciate the staff. The main reason why I’m giving it a 3 star is because before I made the appointment I called for pricing. I was happy to hear that they have "whisker Wednesday" where it’s discounted. I made sure they knew it was my first time coming (they even had to input my information since my pet and I were new) and yet I was never told about the annual examination fee prior. They told me about the fee once the procedure was already done. I’m not sure if this is an issue that simply was because the person was new, communication failed, or if it was on purpose. Also, the "cone of shame" is a cone with loops at the bottom by the neck that they insert a kind of string fabric that you have to tie around your pets neck like a shoe lace. Which kind of scared when I realized that’s how it was like. If that’s not what you want for your pet make sure to get your own that you’d find more fitting.

This place used to have my trust and love for the past 10 years but today I picked my dog up from their groomers service they have with blood on his paw and all I got from the was that my dog was "a little too crazy" and to me that's not excuse to mistreat a dog and hurt them. I wish they would've called me and explained to me that the service wasn't able to be completed instead of letting this happen. If you're considering a groomer this isn't the place.

The staff handled 3 doberman's wonderfully. The vet and the staff were very attentive and listened to all my concerns. As it was a first meeting appointment. They gave them check up and trimmed their nails. Happy dogs, happy dog mom <3

This is hands down THE best clinic I have ever visited. I’ll never go anywhere else. I would love to shout out to the best vet tech ever- kimmie. She’s so helpful, informative, and goes above and beyond. This girl needs a raise! This place has an amazing environment. They even have the cutest friendliest office cat named Walter. He’s adorable! Thanks millcreek for making sure my cats are the healthiest they can be. You always take such good care of my babies!

I adopted my sweet boy, Whisker Doodle, in Sept. 2023. My poor kitty has had so many medical troubles in such a short time frame, I've ended up at the Vet's office probably 6 times in the first year. Milcreek has been amazing. They've always made me feel like they actually care for my sweet boy and calmed me down through all the stressful situations. ❤️ They have always made sure I understand everything happening, walked me through any pricing, questions, etc. I have had nothing short of the best experience and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

If you care about your pets you WILL only take them here!!! Dr Ellis and Sherry are the most genuine people you will ever meet!! They truly care about our pet children and have always made sure we’re all taken care of. They saved our cats life and she stayed in their care for almost a week. All while I received frequent text messages through the day and the night with updates on my girl. She had blood transfusions and had to undergo another surgery to repair internal bleeding from the previous surgery performed by a different agency. Our most recent experience was with our senior dog. Dr ellis did all she could to ensure our dog had the best chance at having a good quality of life and followed us and checked up on us for about three months. Sherry and Dr Ellis allowed us to bring two of our kids with us, gave us Oreos to feed our girl… allowed us plenty of time to spend with her. When the time came for us to say our final goodbyes Dr Ellis and Sherry were so gentle with our girl. Dr Ellis and Sherry genuinely understand and are always supportive and caring! My family and I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I will certainly continue taking our animals to them!! We are forever grateful for you Dr Ellis and Sherry and all of the amazing staff at Millcreek Animal Hospital! Thank you soooo much again!!
