I took my cat Moe into Priority on a Saturday afternoon. I was treated with kindness and respect, as was my furry friend. You expect a wait at any after hours clinic whether it be for human or animal. These guys did a great job to update me, as they could, while I waited for my turn to see the Veterinarian. The clinic was CLEAN, welcoming and professional. The staff were friendly and inviting. The Vet, Kristyn Sakurai was very calm, thorough and informative. Thank you! I recommend this vet hospital to anyone needing care for their furry friends!!!!

I came as an emergency visit since many places weren’t open due to it being a weekend. Front desk was very kind and polite, the vet Sakurai came in and was very dry, no smiles, didn’t seem to care one way or the other about my pet and his issues. And still, didn’t really offer any solutions and the exam fee is quite a bit higher than other places but when it’s one of the only places open understandable. But no solution, and no concern whatsoever for $120, definitely go elsewhere for your fur babies.

extremely disappointed with the care my cat received. We came to this vet because our primary vet was not available and we were worried our cat had a UTI. The receptionist was amazing and kind to us and our kitty. We waited for around an hour before we were seen by the vet. When the vet came in, she was very short and shared no real concern for our pet. She did not smile once and she seemed very irritated. unfortunately, we would not recommend this vet.

Our dog had an emergency on a Saturday with all other vets closed. I called they got us in QUICK! The staff were so friendly, comforting and professional! The clinic itself was super clean and inviting. The vet got to us quick and luckily it was nothing major and they got our dog all taken care of and on our way home in no time! I was expecting a huge bill going to an urgent care but nope super affordable! Highly recommend if your pet is in need of care!

Had a scare with our puppy today and he needed immediate attention. I called our normal vet to see if we could be seen and they referred us here and truly had such a good experience. Emotions were high but staff remains calm & got us in quickly all while explaining & answering all of our questions that came up. Would recommend them & Dr. Sakurai to all anyone who needs care!!

We had to bring our dog, Huckleberry, in for a hurt dew claw that split all the way up. Huck is a big nervous nelly and gets super scared at the vet and already hates his paws being touched so it was extra difficult for him, but Alexa and Dr. Sakurai were so wonderful with him and with us. They explained everything in depth for us and were very kind, patient, and professional. This was our first time here, too, so now we know if we ever need to come back for urgent care we will certainly come here! We appreciate all the work you guys do and thanks for taking care of our little baby!

I was referred by another vet to come here due to them not being able to see me. I brought my dog in on Friday and I was nervous because my dog was sick and really didn't have a choice. I felt like after it was done they over charged me and didn't really give me instructions for what to do next just acted like it was Friday at 5 and I was imposing. Just not a good experience at all. Got me in out took my money and that's how I felt. I realize paying for expertise and after hours is expensive but I just felt like they fell short. Thanks so much, Tony
