Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Have always appreciated the affordable price of vaccinations and most of the vets have been really grest, as well as the assistants. The jump in prices of late, however, Twice! Really disappointing. And, I'd like to know the reason. The company overall has a serious lack of communication with their OWN RECORDS DEPARTMENT. Couldn't get a prescription filled online because they couldn't coordinate the one I PAID TO HAVE THE TEST FOR AND RECEIVED, in an email from Petco Vetco Vax Clinic, through their own system. Nothing to do with the great people at the clinic, but corporate is an irresponsible mess. And they want to raise prices? Please. Do better. People need affordable care for pets. Please adjust these high rates. We need vaccines. The former prices were reasonable. These are now ridiculous.

The Team at Vetco Vaccination is always amazing. Keep in mind this is not the full scale Vet clinic. This is purely on Sunday’s I believe and focus on vaccinations and preventatives. All vets and techs are super welcoming, knowledgable and quick. Prices are also comparable/cheaper than any vet and you do not need to pay any appointment fees

It was a stress free experience and we know getting vaccinations for your dog can be very stressful. The gentleman that always checks us in (his name in Jim) is always so patient and kind. He makes the appointment go smoothly. We have never had to wait a long time to see the doctor thanks to him being so organized. Also, the Vet and her assistant were very nice also.

I can always rely on Vetco Vaccination Clinic for timely reminders of vaccinations & heart worm test due. Reasonable costs as well. My local veterinarian now insists on a $130 wellness visit cost whether due or not, plus the cost of the rabies vaccination. I declined and went to Vetco as I have done for over a decade. Also, our records are always updated & available on their website. Very handy when we were in Mexico & my dog needed an emergency surgery in Guadalajara.

I had a great experience with most of the staff and prices are reasonable also waiting time. There is just one elder guy very rude and have cero customer service skills, Please avoid this person, very frustrating because he is stubborn and keeps repeating this is a pop up and we are not responsible for blah blah blah. He yelled and me and called me nasty, repeating his words over and over again in front of clients and veterinarians. I refused to talk to him and asked to direct me to the veterinarian instead to avoid this conflictive person.

Everything was good. The vet doctor Dr. Sharife had a attitude and felt rushed and just not a pleasant experience. He seemed mad because I was asking questions. Vet have become a business instead of really helping animals. Clean Ans friendly front desk.

I took my dog to the Vetco clinic on October 2nd at 5:15pm and had a terrible experience. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to give my dog a rabies shot, claiming it was "not due for another six months." I later called Vetco to confirm and was told this is not company policy. When I asked for the staff member’s name to report the incident, they refused to provide it which shows they knew the reasoning is bs. Looking at other reviews, it seems this individual has been the source of multiple complaints. Rabies vaccination is a serious public health matter and this type of behavior significantly damages Petco’s reputation. I will not be bringing my dog back here and will put in a formal complaint to address this lack of professionalism.
