The veterinarian and the staff were absolutely amazing with my Chihuahua, who is absolutely terrified. They went above and beyond during his examination and answered all my questions that I was worried about. Gave me great advice about how to bring his weight down and miraculously they were able to clip his nails without screaming.! lol This will be our Vet for life. Thank you !!!

An episode of naughty trail-mix snarfing landed my grouchy kitty and me at Five Points this morning. I'm pleased to report that Dr. Davey had such a kind bedside manner and really put us BOTH at ease! After seeing many vets over the years, I'm confident Five Points found one of the great ones when they brought him on board. Will definitely schedule check-ups for both of my fur kids with Dr. Davey soon! Thanks, y'all!

My first visit with , Samson, my pittie-staffy was wonderful! The onboarding with Anna was seemless and welcoming like talking to friend. The vet and tech were equally as friendly and knowledgeable regarding his general well-being. I'm especially surprised and grateful that the tech was able to trim Samson's nails without a sedative or any drama-trauma. Amazing!

My wife made an appointment for one of our cats, took time off work, and showed up on time, just to be told that they tried to call and reschedule her due to the power going out. My wife had zero missed calls from Five points Animal Hospital. They said they would try and work her in, but came out later to tell my wife because this cat wasnt already established with them that they would not be able to take our cat. Nevermind that we have another cat that is established and have never walked out spending less then $300 plus, and we are bringing you more business. You treated my wife like it was her fault! You made the mistake and failed to call her, wasting her time and forcing her to go down the road to another vet. Bad business practices. You dont blame the client for your failures...

We had the best experience! Very thankful to find my fur baby's new vet. Emily was SO sweet and Dr. Sliwa is amazing!! We highly recommend!

We have been coming to 5 points animal hospital since we moved to east Nashville in 2020. We have been so happy with the care they give our dog and cat! Great customer service from start to finish. We love our tech that is always helping us out (wish I could remember his name) and all the drs we have seen have been great as well! You can tell this office cares deeply for the animals.

The staff was amazing! Not a single employee walked by without stopping to love on my dog! My dog was extremely at ease here. I love how they have a front reception desk and a back reception desk! It makes life way easier since my dog is reactive when she sees other big dogs
