Something was way off with my malinois. I went to make an appointment online (incredible!) but called anyway and they got me right in. You guys got us in quickly, ran the right tests, were compassionate and helpful - respected that my dog does not do well with other dogs or strangers. And your pricing was incredibly reasonable.

Incredibly thankful to have this urgent care vet in East Nashville. Even with two recent emergencies arriving prior to us, my 15 year old cat was able to be seen relatively quickly and we were put in a room immediately after arriving. Dr. Matney was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, including an estimated cost, and allowed me to make choices for my cat’s care after reviewing the options. The cost felt extremely reasonable for an urgent care vet on a holiday, no extra charges or fees. I would trust this team with any of my pets in a second.

I had a really great experience with the team at Livewell—from the front desk to the vets. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and we didn't have to wait long at all, which was so helpful with a pup who wasn't feeling great. They were very clear about what was going on and really reasonable in helping us set up an accessible treatment plan to get our dog on the mend. We had to go in on a weekend, and I truly appreciated how smooth the experience was for us.

Brought our pregnant Frenchie in for a C-Section. So, my frenchie went into labor after my vet closed, no after hours service. I called around every vet hospital was going to charge me $5k plus. Unexpected and ridiculous! So I came across Live Well called and they would do it quoted me a very reasonable price we agreed and were told to come on in; it was 6pm when I called. Got her there at 7pm, She had beautiful babies and we didn’t have to spend no where near the other quoted costs and we had her spayed. Did I mention the staff and especially the vet were awesome. The vet sat down and talked with us was amazed at the care we were given never experienced that anywhere. I rated them a 10 because of the wonderful customer care and pet care offered, reasonable costs and I have reached out several times with questions and minutes later a response. We had a great experience at Livewell. My sweet doggo got a lac at daycare so I had to bring him to livewell for sutures on a Saturday afternoon. Wait time was minimal. Staff were great. Diego gets anxious at the vet and Dr Gibson was great getting him to feel comfortable. Once Diego went back to be sedated & sutured, I was called back in less than an hour to pick him up. Amazing turn-around & reasonable pricing. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I cannot thank this animal hospital enough for the amazing care, compassion, and support they gave us during such a difficult time. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with so much kindness and made us feel truly cared for. Even though the outcome was not what we hoped for, they made the entire process as comforting and easy as possible for our family. Their patience, understanding, and genuine love for animals will never be forgotten. We are forever grateful for the heartwarming experience and the incredible treatment we received. Thank you for everything you did for us and for showing so much compassion when we needed it most.
