Very good Vet. Have ALWAYS taken our pets there. Sometimes a little crowded but, that's expected at places that offer good, quality services. Our 5 year old Great Dane and our newest addition, our 4 month old Goldendoodle.

Poor little kitten had a skin infection. She had a spa day at Middletown Vet. Got shaved and bathed and feeling so much better. Meds to apply. Already feeling like her litter mates. Her shave looks like a Lion cut. 😍

Some new doctors/veterinarians. The staff is normally very pleasant! However, recently had one young lady who was not pleasant on the phone. Apparently my socioeconomic status was not high enough for her to patient or understanding. At the appointment the staff was very friendly; however, $800 later and they still can't tell me what is wrong with the dog. The doctors/veterinarians who have been there the longest are my favorites!!!! they are very patient, understanding, and discuss the options. The newer veterinarians don't explain the costs or options as well and seem surprised that people don't have bottomless pockets.

They made time to take my pup on short notice - he had a scratched eye and ear infection and they were fantastic with him! The vet and assistant were so gentle and loving with him throughout the exam. I highly recommend Middletown Vetenary Hospital!

Beste is the best! All the vets, technicians and all others that work there are extreme animal lovers, and are also very kind to their humans. They tell you all that they can do for your pet, but give you options. They don't try to shame you into things you can't afford. We have brought our pets here for many years, as well as the kennels and couldn't be happier.

As an owner of several pets over the years, I have always dreaded going to this vet office. Their patient care is fine, but their customer service is terrible. They can’t manage their waiting room. Plan to wait over an hour passed your appointment. I have told the owner and his response was to shrug his shoulders. Switching vets.

I have been going to Doc Beste office for 29 years. First with my Chesapeake and then with my Lab's. They are Great Vet's that care about All Animal's. Doc even came to my house to put one of my dogs down after I got out of the Hospital.THANKS DOC BESTE Willie G
