Middletown Veterinary Hospital

Middletown vet hospital is always great. They seem to really care about my dog and are so accommodating with appointments, reschedules, etc. Prices are fair, vets and techs are very knowledgeable. Im very grateful for them and would absolutely recommend!

My experience have been top notch from my very first visit, every one is friendly, and they took good care of my fur baby, I'm glad I found this Veterinary, it's quick and easy to get to, as my fur baby don't like the car .. I was put at ease from the first visit when I walk through the door holding Brooklyn, when I gave them my fur baby background, they knew what to do and how to deal with him, that made me happy cause he's a wild one. We did discuss his teeth and gums as they were already inflamed at the visit. Several weeks had gone by and I noticed my baby face was swollen, I made an online appt, which was seamless and easy, they kept in touch, even had me come in earlier, and stayed in contact with me through out the day, my poor baby wind up having 5 teeth pulled, which included his two fangs, I knew he might lose teeth, so it wasn't a surprise, I was so nervous, they put me at ease, after the surgery was done, they called me and let me know how he was doing, even told me that he's recovering, and let me know when I can pick him up, which was several hours later. They called me the next day, answered all my questions to make sure Brooklyn after care will be good and that he was doing okay. It took a couple of days, but Brooklyn has made a full recovery, he's back to his old self again. Kudos to the whole staff, and this was my second visit with Brooklyn.

The staff and vet were lovely, reassuring, and provided so much comfort during a hard time. I was so worried when my cat threw up 4 times over night and I only recently moved to Middletown. Thankfully it wasn’t a blockage. So grateful that we have an excellent and dependable clinic here. I was a nervous wreck, probably more so than my cat, and they were all so patient with my millions of questions and explained what they were checking for. They gave clear instructions for when I would need to come back in and suggestions for changing her diet to a blander diet with more wet food incorporated when I can. Big thank you to Middletown Veterinary!! Update- they also gave us the cutest welcome bag!

I have been bringing my pets to Middletown Vetinary Hospital for over 20 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Over two decades, they have proven themselves to be a truly caring and professional facility. What stands out most is the way they handle the hardest moments. I have lost pets during my time with them, and the team treated both me and my animals with the utmost kindness, dignity, and respect. Their compassion during those times meant the world to me. If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats you like family and truly loves animals, this is the place to go.

We were happy that our cat, "CC," aka Cecilia, was able to receive a full workup, IV fluids, and an antibiotic shot after the rough day she had post-plant-eating. We were extremely pleased that CC was able to be seen so quickly— the very next day— and that we were called back to schedule an appointment, right away. I called and left a message the night before, around 6:30/7:00pm, when the business was closed, and I received a call back approximately 13 hours later. Really impressive. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. With CC’s former provider, we never felt like transparency/communication was a priority. Things are different, here! We always leave feeling that we know everything we need to know— what happened, what to expect after this, etc. We are glad to know that CC is doing okay and we do not have to worry about her. CC was very upset with us for bringing her to vet, but it seems she has now forgiven us. All is well. These guys quickly became our regular vet(s), for all of our pets (four cats), and we have recommended them to other, nearby family members, who now have an upcoming appointment for their cat. Dr.Ruller is exceptional in her knowledge, caring and obvious love of her patients. The staff is equally so. I’ve been going there for over 40 years and rate that establishment highly.

I have no words to express the gratitude I have for all the staff at Middletown Veterinary Hospital. I was distraught yesterday and they were so kind, caring and compassionate caring for Rocky. It’s heartwarming to know there are people that care for your babies as much as you do. Rocky and I thank you so much for everything.
