Ani-Mall Pet Hospital

We've been bringing our fur babies here for over 20 years, and the front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The veterinarians and technicians have always been kind and attentive, and we've always felt our pets were in good hands. The only thing we've noticed is that, over the past few years, the annual wellness exams seem a little less comprehensive than they used to be. We generally expect a yearly checkup to include things like checking the eyes, evaluating the joints, and an overall hands-on exam for anything unusual. Lately, the visits have seemed focused mainly on the ears, temperature, and bloodwork. That said, the staff is always happy to check anything you'd like looked at and is very thorough when doing so. It seems that some aspects of the exam that used to be routine are now performed upon request and that could just be a policy change. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience over the years and would absolutely recommend them.

The Ani-Mall is an amazing practice Dr. Johnson and her staff were kind and caring in spite of my dog not being a regular patient. My dog needed xrays and my regular practices machine was not functioning. All the staff welcomed us with kind opened arms and helped make a difficult situation easier. I thank you for that and following up the next day. I highly recommend this practice.

Luna Serendipity has been a patient of Dr. Mangan's for 4 years now. This year she turned 18! I owe it all to the great team at Ani-Mall who have always shown Lu the utmost love and care. From Tori's spoiling Luna, Tim's patience as I carry on about Luna's symptoms, to Sue's morning check in calls. They have all become quite literally Luna's best friends!

The staff is top notch. My dog loves going to the vet now. I would highly recommend Ani-Mall to anyone looking for a vet.

I am a breeder, and have exceptionally small and rare Sable Yorkies I have absolute full confidence in the staff at Ani -Mall, Always courteous and accommodating. Dr. J. Knows the special care these tiny dogs need, always a pleasure.

Sadly, our cat became very ill and needed to be euthanized. We are newer to the area, and brought our cat to Ani-Mall for a second opinion. The vet was very kind and gentle with our pet. She reviewed the X-ray and explained our cat's illness to us. She completed "Quality of Life" exam, and unfortunately, we needed to make the "dreaded appointment". Although it was a very, very sad day, we were impressed with the kindness of the staff at Ani-Mall, to our pet, Blue, and us. They were loving, patient, and explained everything to us. We said good-bye to our pet on Monday, and by the weekend, we received a beautiful handwritten card from Dr. Johnson and the Staff of Ani-Mall, expressing their sympathy for the loss of Blue. We thought that was very kind gesture. When we do decide it's time to welcome a new pet into our home, Ani-Mall will 100% be his/her veterinarian.

Victoria is an excellent and caring groomer. I’ve been incredibly happy with how she has groomed our two cats- they come out looking and smelling fantastic, and it’s clear she has taken great care of them. She’s a very good communicator and makes scheduling very easy. She was also willing to patiently explain the whole process ahead of our first session. She’s truly wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough.
