Our cat was hit by a car and we rushed her to VEG ER The doctors and nurses are angels and they saved our kitty’s life. The entire staff is so caring and knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s an open ER so you’re able to be with your pet at all times. Thank you to these wonderful professionals, we are so grateful.

I had such an amazing experience with this emergency veterinary service. From the moment we arrived, Elexus was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us right away, took us back quickly, helped with our initial registration, and checked us out at the end. She truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were seen very quickly, which was such a relief in an emergency situation. The doctor, Dr. Ragbeer, and nurse who cared for my cat were absolutely wonderful. So gentle, compassionate, and thorough. My cat usually doesn’t act nice to other people, but they handled him with such care and calmness that he stayed relaxed and cooperative the entire time. It really showed how experienced and loving they are with animals. Everything about our visit was perfect — from the efficiency to the kindness and level of care. I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this emergency veterinary service to anyone who needs urgent care for their pet.

We had a great experience with the overnight team when they helped us after our dog ate chocolates and their wrappers. They were fast to take care of Roxy and accommodated her needs. They were able to get everything out of her very quickly and safely. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the level and quality of service. They were so sweet and caring with her. We cannot thank the team enough for their help, knowledge, and kindness. They truly are wonderful! We hope to not have to be back, but if we do have another emergency we will be coming to them.

The care we received was truly unmatched. The entire staff is incredibly professional and full of compassion. They made us feel supported and cared for every step of the way, and they treated our dog as if she were their own. All exams were performed in our presence, which gave us immense peace of mind. Infinite thanks to Dr. Rebecca Klipin, Nayeli, and Estela for being so wonderful and compassionate. A truly exceptional team. We recommend this clinic with complete confidence.

I’m giving Veterinary Emergency Group in Miami 3 stars overall, but 5 stars for Dr. Terra and the amazing team members who helped my baby, Nova, after her car accident. Dr. Terra is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and skilled — she knew exactly what to do and treated Nova as if she were her own. I truly hope the clinic recognizes her hard work and the care she gives even in challenging circumstances. I also deeply appreciate the honest opinion and not just praying on vulnerable dog parents to cash out their wallet unnecessary medical interventions. Nova is healing on his own no surgery needed!! The reason for the 3-star rating is the long wait — about an hour before we were fully attended to — which seemed due to being understaffed. The great team did become prepared right when we got on scene with Niva but when more emergencies followed in we had to wait while dogs were being performed surgery on. I genuinely hope the company invests in hiring more staff or having additional on-call support for days with high emergency volume. The medical care was excellent, but the wait time was tough in such a stressful situation.

From Ashley at the front desk, to Yoandy and Dr, Kusevic and all the rest of the staff, I can honestly say it’s one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. So professional and caring. I highly recommend them.

The long awaited review! My star team! ⭐️Dr. Klipin ⭐️Yoshi ⭐️Nayeli ⭐️Rene ⭐️Brandi ⭐️Dr. Kuscevic ⭐️Diana This team is AMAZING! I don’t even know where to start. I came in on Saturday 06/06 at 9:30pm for an endoscopy on my son, Luther (doberman) who swallowed a small tennis ball. The team got to work very quickly starting him on Apromorphine. First dose didn’t work, YAY let’s give another dose to my hard headed boy!… still nothing. Fantastic! Let’s do an x-ray. "Mom, you’re gonna want to come see this" The team finds not 1, but 2 balls. Endoscopy time! I got a front row seat to watch the whole procedure which was very entertaining I might add. We end up finding out that this not so little man was putting together what Dr. Klipin very accurately referred to as a ‘treasure chest’. He had devoured 1 pair of my underwear, 3 tennis balls, a couple of pieces of cardboard and a heck of a lot of grass. Every pull was a celebration! 🎉 Unfortunately not everything got to be pulled out since it was located in some very hard to reach crevices in his stomach. We’ve reached the 2hr window… time to consider surgery. This is where I start getting emotional. Yoshi was very personable and starts to reassure me that everything will be fine; that this isn’t the first case they see like this and most definitely won’t be the last. He was by my side every step of the way and for that I appreciate him. We proceed with surgery. It’s 4am by this time and I have to work at 8:30am🤮 so I go home to take a nap. I come to see Luther during my lunch break and was absolutely delighted to see that Diana was sitting on the floor, taking care of Luther. She didn’t recognize Luther or I at first but she was one of the previous nurses at the Banfield Coral Gables location that quite literally watched Luther grow up from 3 months old to the wonderful boy he is now. I was SO excited to see her. I came back later in the day to pick him up and got told by Dr. Kuscevic that he was recovering with flying colors. YAY! On my way out to the car, I ran into Yoshi coming in for his shift. He could not believe that Luther had recovered so well and was so so excited for him to go home. I apologize for the long story time. Overall I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone who helped me through this process. Nayeli, the vet technician who monitored his anesthesia and all of Luthers needs during his procedures. Rene, for getting a killer finger and hand workout when she was gifted the title of "the grabber" during his endoscopy (I hope you’re ok girl…because OUCH). Apologies to anyone whose name I left out! Here are a couple of pics of my menacing boy recovering maybe a little too well. He swears this whole ordeal was a figment of my imagination because he is completely unfazed.
