Silver Bluff Animal Clinic

I have been visiting this clinic over the years and have found them to be very passionate and understanding of your pets needs. The veterinarians quickly diagnose and truly take the time to explain what issues your pet is facing. This isn’t like other vet offices that they quickly go through your pet’s assessment and there is little or no feedback. Thai staff does take the time to ensure you understand the steps needed to treat our companions. Unfortunately my dog has skin issues and have tried oral meds to no avail. I stopped by yesterday to finally get her an injection to help her with the chronic issue. Not only did they get me a next day late appointment but I was seen within minutes by one of the nurses at the clinic. Not what I was expecting and was elated at how quickly I was attended and provided with the medication. The quick turn around helped rush back home and attend to a work related urgency. Because of this visit alone I am a client for a long time coming. Thank you so very much for the incredible staff at Silver Bluff.

We would like to thank Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Caos, and Dr. Vega and the staff at Silver Bluff for the care they provided to our beloved Tarzan. Dr. Vega was extremely compassionate and caring at the end of his life. She was thorough in walking us through such a difficult decision. We are appreciative to all! Thank you for the care you have provided to all our pets for over 20 years!

Over the years, the care we received at Silver Bluff was … typical. Until one of our cats started eating less. From there, we were recommended a number of costly procedures and tests that ended up causing much stress and expediting our beloved cat’s decline and death. I will never forgive the Silver Bluff team for not providing us with better options to choose from. And I will never forgive myself for putting my sweet kitty through such invasive testing and procedures during his last few days with us. Looking back, I wish I had sought out a more experienced and thoughtful vet sooner. Thankfully, I was introduced to a new vet who understood a more compassionate approach to end of life care - as opposed to the recommendation for steroids from the Silver Bluff team. Under this care, we received incredible support during the final days, ensuring our kitty was comfortable and calm. I share this with the hope that the team at Silver Bluff tries to do better, and that the humans who are responsible for these beautiful fur babes demand more from their vets.

We had to make the hardest decision of our lives and say goodbye to our beloved dog Tyson, and Silver Bluff Animal Clinic was incredibly compassionate through every step. The staff was kind, patient, and respectful, giving us the time and space we needed to say goodbye. They treated Tyson with so much dignity and love, which meant everything to us in such a painful moment. We will always be grateful for the warmth and care they showed our family. Thank you for making such a heartbreaking moment a little more peaceful.

This vet is the best of the best! My pup and I have visited 4 countries and 7 cities over the last 3 years and I haven’t found a vet better!! I can’t wait to go back to them this weekend. I would move to Miami just to have such incredible pet care so near by. ❤️🤍✨ thank you for taking care of my heart!

I trust this place fully with kitty life! Love how much love and attention they give my Sushi every time we visit! I also buy the raw food for him and he loves it!

This is my honest experience. I really wanted to like this vet (they came highly recommended) but both times I called during an emergency, no one picked up. The first time, they called back 20 minutes later when I was already rushing to another clinic. The second time, I called again for an urgent issue and once more, no answer. Instead, I got a text message 2 minutes later asking me to explain why I was calling. That’s not how you treat a worried dog mom in crisis. What made it worse is that when I shared my feedback, the clinic actually "respectfully disagreed" with my experience instead of simply acknowledging how it felt as a client who couldn’t reach anyone when she thought her dog might be dying. If you just need a vet for vaccines or routine care, maybe this place is fine. But if you ever need real, timely, compassionate help, look elsewhere.
