MIAMI WELFARE ANIMAL CLINIC

I’ve taken my two kittens to this vet twice already. Already in the hole over $1,000 for basic vaccines and check ups. Already experienced an attempt to get me to buy medication that was not necessary. The first visit they mentioned one cat was anemic. Today’s visit, the vet didn’t even mention anemia. They told me my cat had a fever when his temp was 102, and I found out later that’s actually normal range body temp for cats. After second round of vaccines one of my cats started twitching aggressively and no manager or doctor would speak to me over the phone. Poor Brian at the front desk has had to listen to me go off on how unacceptable it is that a doctor can’t attend my phone call and answer my questions. I am NEVER bringing my cats back here. Brian was nice. Upper staff needs retraining.

Great experience at Miami Welfare Animal Clinic with my 3 huskies and my cat. The staff was friendly, caring, and handled them all really well. The vet was knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Definitely recommend.

I have been taking my fur babies to this location for 4 plus years. While most of them get nervous being there, staff has always been so attentive and caring for them. They always explain everything in detail from what they are doing, what they found and how to treat. I love most that they remember me and my babies even if we see them once a year. Don't feel like just a number but a homey and welcoming place. Highly recommend them.
