Country Club Animal Hospital

We have been clients for 25 yrs if not longer and I couldn’t imagine entrusting our pets to anyone else. Late this afternoon, one of our dogs suffered a generalized seizure. After my pup recovered and I composed myself, I called CCAH for further evaluation. I was given an immediate appointment with Dr Bodansky. He pleasantly came in, greeted us, and even remembered our prior encounter. He calmly listened to my history and then discussed possible scenarios and diagnosis. He advised that they would obtain some lab work and even provided us with an approximate wait time. Less than half an hour later, Dr Bodansky returned and unhastily discussed his findings, the lab results, his diagnosis and a treatment plan. Of course the bill stung upon check out, but we left quite happy and satisfied with our pup, a diagnosis, lab work with results, treatment and medication. Thank you to Dr Bo and the CCAH staff for all your assistance!

My dogs have been patients of CCAH since we adopted them. The care they have received has been exceptional. Dr. Bogdansky is so caring! He is an excellent communicator, very kind, and is thorough at every visit. We love our dogs and it is important that they get excellent care. For that reason, our dogs are patients of this superb clinic, and we are very grateful!

I have been going to CCAH for over 13 years now. And, both Dr. Augsten and Dr. Bo have saved my fur babies whom I am obsessed with. The staff is great and Laz, Jennifer, Javier, and Cassidy are fantastic to work with. It can be so difficult to have a good vet when you have English Bullies. I can't imagine not having Dr. Augsten take care of them. And, Dr. Bo in tandem with Dr. A saved my tiny poodle's life a few years ago. I cherish this practice.

we entered at our scheduled time of 1:30 and we had to wait around 6 minutes. They then stated that we needed to pay an extra 38 dollar fee because they did not have appointments availability. The worst part is that they never stated this in the phone call. We are giving one star just because that’s the lowest. These veterinarians only care about money. I asked to talk to the manager to see if he could help me since I was already there and he agreed the receptionist made a mistake and he told me I had to pay.We, of course left and will never come back.

Dr. Bogdanski is the most amazing vet! I take all three of my dogs there to see him, and have been a client for nearly two decades. Every experience has been great. Dr. Bo is the kindest, honest, and most experienced veterinarian out there. While I've been a long-time client of Dr. Bo and this practice, I wanted to write this review now because of a recent experience. My frenchie Bandit was attacked by a neighbor’s dog. His little paw was shredded. Dr. Bo took us in right away, immediately addressed his paw with surgery to fix the damage. To say I was distraught is an understatement. Bandit is my fur baby. Dr. Bo was so compassionate. Giving me tissues as I cried in his office, saying kind words to help calm me in this time of panic and worry. In the last couple weeks coming into the office for bandage changes the entire staff was so kind and friendly. It was so nice walking in and hearing "Hi Bandit!". We finally got the sutures removed this week and his paw looks perfect! I am amazed at how well it healed considering the damage the other dog did. And while it did cost me to get everything fixed, the prices were extremely reasonable compared to emergency vets and other vet hospitals. Through this entire ordeal, Dr. Bo was there for me and my Bandit. And I can't thank him and his staff enough for everything he did to help my little man. He is the BEST!

Dr. Bo has been the best vet I could ask for. My 14 year old doggy was having serious dental issues and he helped me through the whole process while being kind and honest. The staff were all super helpful and patient with all my questions. Thanks to Dr. Bo and his techs Wisky is completely recovered and he is back to being his energetic self. I will only be seeing Dr. Bo from here on out.

Through many years of being part of your family, I cannot think of any time I have questioned or doubted your expertise, opinions and or care. I cannot think of any place or Dr that comes near to your establishment. You have a fabulously great and caring team; they are knowledgeable, professional and loving . I know without a doubt, all my babies, (past-present and future) have had the utmost care and treatments. Thank you for all your help and services. May you continue to serve and love all the pets that have touched your lives as you have touched mine!!
