Westchester Animal Hospital

My son has a four-year-old Australian Labradoodle, and yesterday we took him to his regular vet for his yearly vaccinations. A few hours after we got home, he suddenly became very sick—he started vomiting repeatedly and even had a seizure. He continued to throw up during the night, and by morning we were extremely worried. When I called his vet, they told me to bring him in, but someone highly recommended Westchester Animal Hospital instead. Going there was truly the best decision we could have made. They saw my son’s dog within five minutes of us arriving and immediately took action. They ran all the necessary tests, treated him quickly, and stabilized him. Every single person we encountered—from Monika at the front desk to Dr. Medina—was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They made a very frightening situation feel manageable, and we left feeling relieved and supported. We have a follow-up appointment next week and are actually looking forward to returning because of how well we were treated. I highly recommend Westchester Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants exceptional and compassionate care for their pets.

This place is so great!! My first communication was with Monika and she put me at peace right away reassuring me that my baby boy was in the best hands and best care….and she didn’t fail me! Dr Dominguez was amazing, attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. Monika is a Gem and such a sweetheart!! Cesar was also great and caring with our boy. Honestly so thankful to God that our baby landed in the right place for his complicated surgery. So thankful for them all ❤️ I should also add this place is beautiful, so clean and smells so nice, it does not smell like an vet/animal hospital at all.

Truly I can't tell you how great the service and care is at Westchester Animal Hospital. My dog had a serious injury, I was truly distraught, and Monika - as well as the other lovely staff there - made me feel at ease. They took each phone call as if it wasn't a bother and did everything in their power to make sure my pup was taken care of. Monika even sent me photos and videos of my baby at midnight post surgery just to make sure that I was relaxed and at ease. Thank you all!

This animal hospital is amazing! I had to have orthopedic surgery on my 4.5 month old puppy, and not only were they kind and compassionate, but the pricing was reasonable as well. I cannot say enough about the staff, but Monica is an absolute dream! So kind and reassuring and very knowledgeable! She instantly put me at ease the first day, even stating she had two pups currently being treated with the vet here so I am in good hands! Highly recommend for any vet care!

Our precious Sasha underwent surgery with Dr Dominguez. He was highly referred by our Vet and we couldn’t be happier. He accepted her on one days notice and his staff treated Sasha as they knew her forever. We were impressed with the entire staff, top notch clean state of the art facility, and the Dr himself clearly explaining how the procedure went. Your dear pets are in good hands here.

We are so thankful for the team at Westchester Animal Hospital. When we found out that our little Sasha needed surgery, we ended up talking to a dozen clinics and specialists to see where she could best be cared for, and we are very glad that we went with Westchester. Dr. Domínguez is amazing at what he does, and from the time we called Monica we realized how much the entire team stands out in the industry. Really clear details on how they needed to proceed, including the care and financials, put our minds at ease. The results were so positive; I can’t say how much of a relief that was. My dogs have been coming here for 30 years and counting for very good reason!!! I could never see myself taking them anywhere else after the treatment every single one of my dogs has received over the years. The staff is as caring and friendly as anyone could ask for, and they set the golden standard for how your little furry loved ones should be treated. All it takes is one visit to know that you're bringing your pets to be in the best hands in all of Miami!!!
