I’m a new cat mom and I brought my cat here twice already. Dr. Dixon is the best I can tell she really cares about her patients and remembers details about my cat even tho she hasn’t seen him in months. She also makes me feel very supported as a new cat mom with all of my silly questions as a navigate this new chapter. The entire staff is super sweet and welcoming. This will be my go to vet!

Great animal hospital that we’ve been using since 2022, when we got our first dog. Dr. Rodriguez and his team always take great care of our fur babies, answering all of our questions and explaining every procedure with great transparency. The whole team, from the nurses to the front desk ladies, are very organized and reliable. Cost of services is fair. Highly recommend!

It was the first time I was truly happy with a vet experience. Every staff member was kind, gentle, and very caring. Our doctor, Edward, took the time to thoroughly examine our pet and made sure they felt comfortable and not scared during the visit. What I appreciated the most was that they never tried to push unnecessary tests or treatments on us. You can really tell they genuinely care about the animals. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Tak is the best veterinarian I’ve ever met. I usually don’t like bringing my dog to the vet unless it’s truly necessary, so trusting someone with my dog’s care is a big deal for me. Dr. Tak earned that trust completely. She carefully explained every detail about how she would proceed with anesthesia, blood tests, and each step of the process. She always provides full information—not just part of it—which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. By far, she is one of the best veterinarians I’ve seen in the USA. The doctors here are amazing but the front desk people suck. I have a 5 year old dog that’s losing weight, peeing in his sleep and the vet was super concerned about. I’ve spent a few thousand dollars there the past week without issue. The doctor calls yesterday to say someone will reach out to schedule an ultrasound, never hear anything. I call to schedule and it’s met with "ma’am i wasn’t here yesterday it’s not my fault now we can’t do anything until Monday" then I can’t schedule anything without a credit card (mind you I’ve just spent thousands there without issue), as I’m literally outside with my dog who needs to use the bathroom every hour. If Leo could talk, I’m pretty sure he’d say Brickell Bay Animal Hospital is his favorite place (after his peanut butter treats). From day one, they’ve been nothing short of pawsome. The entire team is warm, attentive, and genuinely obsessed with Leo—in the best way possible. After every shot, we get a follow-up. After his last visit, Dr. Dixon personally called three times in one day just to check on him after a minor tummy ache.🥹❤️ she’s honestly the BEST ever! So thorough so sweet and just loves him so much. We call him her little Miami Boy now that he is all vaccinated and set to take on the scene! As a new puppy mom, it can be nerve-wracking when something feels off—but they always put me at ease. It’s clear they don’t just "treat" animals here—they love them like their own. Leo walks in walks out in out wagging his tail, knowing he just got the VIP treatment! Truly grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication they’ve shown us. 10/10, would trust them with Leo’s life—and maybe even mine. 🐾❤️

Brickell Bay Animal Hospital was amazing. They helped me get all of my dog’s travel paperwork sorted for leaving and re-entering the U.S., and they made the whole process unbelievably smooth. They were super knowledgeable, very responsive to emails, and kept me updated the entire time. But the best part was how great they were with Martín 🥹 I have never seen my dog leave a vet this happy, for real!! He literally walked in and then came out excited and in even better mood, which made us laugh because that has rarely, if even, happened before. You can really tell how much they care about the animals. Truly one of the smoothest vet experiences I’ve ever had!! I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Great team all-around 🙂
