Spay Neuter Clinic: Mesa

Front desk staff were nice but this is about the practices there. Was told 105 for spay and $15 more if she's pregnant. She checked her belly upon check in and stated she really didn't think she was pregnant. HOWEVER, upon pick up in the afternoon I found out my baby was pregnant with kittens and they killed them and did NOT even call to to ask if I was okay with it and NO where in the paperwork or our conversation did they say they don't call and just do it. That's complete BS and unethical. Even one of the front desk girls had no idea they do this and seemed shocked they didn't call me. Then they tried to charge me $214 instead of the 105 and had the nerve after they terminated her kittens. I never would have went through with it if I had known she was pregnant. Do not trust this clinic. They just try and see as many possible animals in one day for the money. I am beyond PISSED. Do NOT leave your animals with these people!

My Little Companion got herself spayed by the clinic. They were wonderful. They took good care of my Tinkerbell which is a Chihuahua mix. She just turned a year old in February. 2026. And she's doing well. I take her to the clinic from everything from trimming her nails to general checkups. I love the staff and the doctor. They are great to work with.

I can’t thank these guys enough! I brought in my baby girl Eileen for spaying and her rabies vaccine. It was my first time putting an animal through surgery, and was so nervous. Everyone was so kind and understanding from the front desk to the vet and the tech. You can tell these people care about what they do, and want to take care of these animals. Its wonderful to have such an accessible resource in my community. The prices are very reasonable, they spell everything out for you simply and thoroughly. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future with both of my cats.

I will never take an animal to get spayed. The vet was rude and angry because there were multiple pregnant cats. You shouldn't hear what's wrong with people and how did you get knocked up from a medical professional. Could you imagine an OB saying that?

I just got my sweet baby spayed here, she's a French bulldog so I was extremely worried but everything went just perfect! We came in for a recheck just to make sure she hadn't ripped a stich and the Dr. And Marina were great 👍 I definitely recommend

Friendly staff who care for animals. It's a first come first serve clinic. So prepare for a long wait time. Staff were very kind and gentle to my small dog.

The clinic is very affordable, which is the main positive of our experience. However, the interaction with the receptionist was very unprofessional and made the entire visit feel tense and uncomfortable. We came in to get our puppy neutered, and from the moment my husband and I walked in, she was rude to both of us when we asked questions. Her attitude was sarcastic at times, and she made us feel uneasy and hesitant to even ask anything. She initially spoke with my husband but quickly dismissed him after he asked a question and redirected the conversation to me instead. When either of us asked questions, we were met with impatience, sarcasm, and made to feel like we were bothering her. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly talked about how she had been having a frustrating day and how she hates repeating herself to every customer. She also made negative comments about another customer who was standing nearby. She told us multiple times that we needed to answer questions correctly because she could get in trouble, which added to the tense and disorganized feeling of the interaction. She was also cussing around us and even told us she was not supposed to, asking us not to tell anyone. At one point, while holding our dog in the back, we heard her refer to him using a curse word and handled him in a way that made him uncomfortable and squirmed, which caused him to bump into her—despite him being a very small puppy under 10 lbs. I also overheard her using foul and inappropriate language while speaking to another employee about my dog. On top of that, the payment process felt disorganized, as she seemed confused and had to redo steps multiple times while handling our card information. Overall, the front desk experience felt rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, tense, and uncomfortable for both my husband and me. Because of this experience, we would not feel comfortable returning, as we would want to avoid similar interactions, despite appreciating the affordability of the clinic.
