PLEASE READ: Dr Centers saved my dog Gizmo’s life when other vets like Scottsdale said "we didn’t need to remove" an impacted or non dropped testicle years later he developed a tumor in that testicle and we didn’t realize it only to take him in to Dr Centers for a check up and she immediately found the tumor and told us we should’ve had that testicle removed as a puppy. She removed it and neutered him and saved his life literally. 5/6 years later he’s doing amazing! Dr Centers and Lou have done hundreds of other amazing things for us and others and I simply wanted to take the time to share just one of many of our positive stories with you all. I can PROMISE YOU, this vet is honest, kind and sooo worth taking your loved fur baby! Scott Frost & Erica Hutchison 🥰
Been going here for better than a decade and Dr. Senter and her staff have always cared for our fur baby's. They are friendly and take their time with you. As long as we have pets, this will be our vet.
My 13 week old Malinoi visited for a check up and vaccinations. The staff was super awesome friendly and professional. I have one issue, my pooch keeps asking about the pretty tech, "Emma," who cuddled him and gave him the magical chicken and apple flavored treats. Thank you Emma.
This place was very good for an animal's first time vet visit. It was only when the vet had to take a rectal temperature reading that things got a bit wild. Our cat's eyes went HUGE and boy did he twist and squirm, yet the vet tech held firm and it was all quickly over. Located right along the canal in Mesa, this office doesn't mind walk ins of animals in distress should you be walking in the area. Inside they had a cat themed clock and the waiting room had a beautiful fish tank and postors of many different kinds of cat breeds. It was an enterrtaining office. They had an office cat that had the run of the floor that was large and fluffly. My daughter was delighted with this office.
I started taking my dogs to Dr Senter in 2017. She always treated them as if they were her own pets and gave them the best possible care. She’s always had amazing techs that work really hard along side her to care for my pets. My dogs have had SEVERAL drop off appointments AND in room appointments and the amazing quality of care is the same either way. I trust Dr Senter and her staff implicitly and highly recommend taking your pets there as well! Thanks for everything CMVH!! ❤️
Horrible experience. Please do not take your pets here if you love them.I was referred to this company by my favorite Aunt Judy, whom has been going there for many years . I received a call from a new receptionist the day prior to my appointment who told me my appointment was at a certain time frame, I arrived at that appt time and was put in a room for a half an hour at least and no one had come in there to check on us or said anything. So I asked the receptionist. Did they forget about us? I was treated rudely by the staff and told that I was an hour early so I would need to wait until the other appointments were seen before me. I had just received the the call the day before and I certainly did not forget the time within 24 hours. I will never ever go back to this place again. I will make sure none of my friends or family take their animals there ever again.
We live around the corner from the clinic and one day we had to bring in our cat that suffered some type of break out, the experience was awesome and needless to say we have been bringing in the rest of our pets to this vet. We had our toy poodle get a dental cleaning and it’s always nerve wrecking since they have to be put under anesthesia. We knew she had really bad teeth but did not know how bad it was since she is a rescue. They had to pull out 23 teeth 😱 but they made me feel so reassured that this would benefit her. After a week of her procedure she is like a new puppy!! She feels amazing, she is eating way better and best of all no stinky breath!!! Best money I have ever spent!! We recommend this vet to anyone who is looking for a vet that has heart and compassion for both pets and humans! Dr. Sara and her team truly care about her patients and that is so hard to find these days!
