Lovet Pet Health Care - Las Sendas

I would like to share my gratitude for the exceptional care and prompt service my pup received from the staff, Dr. Rebecca S., and Hannah at Lovet Animal Hospital at Las Sendas in Mesa. We’ve been patients of this facility since it was previously Las Sendas Animal Hospital, and I’ll admit I was a little hesitant when the transition happened—but they are still great, if not even better. My pup, Kix, was having severely labored breathing, and I feared the worst as I rushed in. The team reassured me, calmed my fears, and treated both Kix and me with genuine compassion. They took the time to explain everything in detail—what was happening, what the plan was, and what to expect. I never felt rushed, only cared for. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and professionalism they showed during such a stressful moment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a veterinary team that treats your pets like family.

The staff were very kind and welcoming! Will definitely be using them as our primary care from here on. The vets Jessica and Wendi were awesome! Was a very clean environment!

I am afraid I am similar to other reviews. We moved to the area and needed a new vet. They were close and seemed to be a good option. First visit was for current rabies shot and exam. Upscale tactics were used and I felt pressured. Second and final visit resulted in up sale charges of excess of $600 after all the add ons for a mouth sore check. I won’t be back. Found a new clinic around the corner and had a totally different and very positive experience.

Great people and great service! They took great care of my senior dog. They really cared and always personally followed up to make sure my dog was doing well after any procedures.

Unfortunately, I had to put my sweet boy down due to cancer progression. The staff were so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. They explained everything with care and made an incredibly difficult situation a little easier. They were so sweet to my boy. They brought out a trolley of treats before the process so that he felt loved and happy in his final moments. I am forever grateful for the compassion and dignity they showed both to him and to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve brought my dog and cat in to see Dr. Beebe and she’s been wonderful, responsive, and kind. The first time I spoke with her was during the covid closure so I couldn’t come in, but over the phone she was informative and worked with me on a couple of treatment options that would work for me and my dog. Later on I brought my cat in for a check since she had been sneezing for a while and Dr Beebe recommended a dental with extractions. I had complete trust in her to take care of my cat so I wasn’t as nervous as I normally am on drop off. She called me a few times to keep me updated on the progress and I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and care that she was giving. After some recovery time, my cat is doing better than ever and no longer sneezing. I’d also like to highlight that my experience with all of the technicians and reception people have been stellar! They are all so kind and responsive and have even called me for cancelled appointments to see if I’d like to come in sooner which is great! I know a Dr’s job is only as good as the support team behind them and I am 100% confident in the care they give. Thank you all so so much for your hard work and dedication!

The staff is awesome and the dr. Is very good with the pets. They where able to get me in immediately and my little Penelope is doing just fine. They offer payment plans which is a great thing if you need. I highly recommend this vet clinic. I will definitely trust them worth my other dogs.. thanks to the amazing ladies that took care of us life long customer ill be.
