Avian & Exotic Animal Clinic

Called about my rabbit. They got me in fast. They were all very nice and helpful. Explained and went over everything I needed to know and do. Prescription for her. And list of fresh foods. Changed her diet to adult and got suppliments . She's well and happier. Bouncing all over Thank You♥️

I couldn’t have imagined a better vet for my lop bunny. They always were so gentle with her and treated her as their own. Scheduling was a breeze and I feel like the prices were fair. When it was time to say goodbye to her, we were met with empathy and genuine compassion. They even gifted me a clay paw print that I will cherish forever! The entire staff is top tier.

We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our beloved guinea pig. The staff was so incredibly caring, thoughtful and informative. I wish there had been a different outcome, but they definitely helped ease the pain. We got a beautiful cremation box and one of the staff members drew an amazing picture of our little baby on a card signed by the staff. They could tell we were heartbroken, and how much he was loved. I would highly recommend this location over and over again.

Great experience. Gentle with my juvenile iguana. Knowledgeable. Caring. Helpful. I think they got him on the right path. Very thankful. I've had bad experiences at another exotic vet 2 times in the past, so this was a great relief. The bill was acceptable on my limited budget. Thanks

Dr. McLaughlin saw my lop as an emergency on a Saturday. She ended up needing a liver lobectomy which was performed the same day. I was very pleased to hear the updates on how my girly was doing during her 2 night stay in hospital. My lop is recovering wonderfully & I cannot be more grateful to the clinic, Dr. McLaughlin, & Emma (vet tech). At other clinics I have felt somewhat pressured & made to feel bad. & While as mentioned I did opt to have surgery completed on my lop; Emma went out of her way to let me know whatever option I chose would be done in love & kindess & I should not feel bad. Tim was also great answering all the questions I had & going over take home instructions upon picking my girl up. 10/10 cannot recommend the clinic more. I truly feel like staff really cares for the animals they see. (& They quite literally saved my girls life!)

Wonderfully compassionate and expert care. Doctors McLaughlin and Driggers went above and beyond to see our adopted rabbit on short notice soon after the holidays. Support staff is likewise kind and very knowledgeable. Pricing is excellent especially considering this is an exotic animal clinic, which has allowed us to budget better for our pet's long-term care. Really appreciated all the posters, demos and educational materials on enriching companion animals' lives and understanding their needs. I don't think I've ever been to a vet clinic that had in-room libraries of textbooks before, very cool idea! Thank you!

There is no kinder staff to be found. Anywhere. 🩷 They helped keep our sweet bunny, Tyrone, alive and pain-free for almost a year after his cancer diagnosis. Then, just yesterday, they allowed us to come in to the office on an emergency basis to address the all-of-a-sudden failing health of our last little bunny--Chompie. We had to send Chompie to Heaven to be with Tyrone, and it nearly broke us to do it, but the doctor and staff were so incredibly kind, understanding, and loving that it helped us do the hardest thing. We are forever grateful to them for helping us care for our bun buns. Thank you so much. 🩷🐇🐇
