They have always been great with the animals that I had in the past. Last time my cat had a problem that might have been caused by a heart problem that we didn't know about and she passed away. The staff and vet was very supportive and was there with me when Tink passed. I still recommend this place. They are really great. They sent me hair and whiskers cuttings and paw prints to me That meant a lot to me.

This is a wonderful place! The staff are so friendly. They keep you posted on what's happening with your pet and they are also fast on answering your questions by emails! Great experience! Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the staff here. They were professional and friendly. They took excellent care of my cat during her spay. They also kept me updated when she went in to surgery, updated with an issue my cat had during, and let me know when it was over. My cat was there 7 days ago, and is doing great and healing well.

The staff are very kind and professional, they seem sincere in their care for animals and are the least expensive option for spaying or neutering your dog or cat. Our girl was very well taken care of.

I am very, very, happ with Spay Memphis and the way that they took care of my Chloe. I took her on Thursday Nov. 6th to be spayed and I was a little anxious about it, but knew I was doing the right thing by her. I told the technician that came to take her back when she was ready that my anxiety was through the roof. They said everything is gonna be ok and we'll text you when she's ready. They texted me a 1:30 and said she did good and I could come pick her up. She was very happy to see me, her little tail was wagging. They made everything quick and easy at check-in. I will recommend Spay Memphis to anyone looking to get their pet fixed. Thank y'all for taking such good care of my baby!
