James Grimes the owner at Day and night has helped me with numerous rescue dogs getting them well and placing into awesome east coast rescues! In the pic he is meeting me with momma dog I just humanely trapped off of 1 40! She was assessed and set up for a very near delivery in my home! And she has a great rescue to go to! Awesome service not only to rescue dogs but to my personal pets as well! Love this place! His love of animals and his mission to help all animals in need clearly shines through. He has recently Acquired some of the best staff in Memphis. Highly educated and experienced folks.

I took my kitten, Alfie, here after I found him roaming around in the parking lot at my office. They were very friendly and kind. They checked him out for any disease or parasites and then watched him for me so I could finish out my work day. Now he has a great home and is loving life with his new friend Gibson!

We love Miss Daisy she’s very healthy and i adopted her from rescue vet Memphis about a year and half ago I couldn’t imagine life without her !!!

I work with rescues and I’m in and out of here all the time. I love these people. The owner helps me with questions day or night. His staff probably would too if I had their numbers. I dropped this boy off for transport the next day.

Even when very busy, they got me in with my sick pup. Always personal and have taken great care of my three dogs for years

I took 2 of my pups yest for yearly shots & EVERYWHERE else I had ever used ALWAYS tested for heartworm as part of shots! I got the rabies & distemper shots but nothing else! Didn't realize that until after I got home! There was drama when checking out as I was quoted 1 price on the phone & it was 16.00 more @ ck out time! The employee when giving quote on phone Didn't put in the quote for 2 rabies shots only 1 & that was the price difference! The vetanarian was nice but tech had to tell him to take off needle cover as he was trying to give shot w/ cover on! The owner emailed me last night after seeing my email that I wouldn't b returning & asked me when would b a good time to call me today & I said after 8 a m. It is 4 p m & NEVER heard a word from him! I believe in customer service a lot & I will NOT b returning!! The rooms to go in to b seen look dumpy, the building needs refreshing like painting as it truly looks awful imo!!!! The lobby looked better than the room I was in! I went to a different vet today to get my pup's heartworm test done & very glad I went there!!! I gave 1* as u have to give @ least 1* to leave a review!!
