My boyfriend and I were at a stand still when trying to find a place to get our kitten spayed because everything was booked. We were recommended Wisconsin Community Veterinary Center by a friend and were able to book right away. We purchased the $100 option which included an IV Catheter, which I recommend just in case of emergencies. The booking process was smooth and very informative as well as the pick up and drop off process. They communicated every step of the way and we even got to pick our sweet girl up early. She was out of it most of the day due to anesthesia, but after a good nights rest, she’s up and out and about. When we had looked at reviews a couple weeks prior, we were very nervous with all of the bad reviews we saw. We honestly almost didn’t follow through with bringing her, but I’m so glad we did. Overall, we had a great experience and we would recommend if you’re looking for a cost effective option.

Brought my dog Gypsy here to get spayed. I felt completely comfortable with this facility. I felt they truly cared about my dog. They made sure to give good instructions for aftercare. My dog came with her tail wagging and left with her tail wagging.

They lost a dog when he escaped overnight from their clinic but didn't let the public know for three days. A group of us contacted the owners to offer help, then put up signs and flyers to locate the dog. Trapped him 17 days after he went missing. Then they claimed credit by saying we loaned them the trap and cameras to monitor it in their online post announcing he had been found. From their post: "We received another sighting late last week, thoroughly walked the area and set a trap where he’d been seen many times. We especially want to thank Karen and Lori for everything they did to help bring Moose home safely, from distributing signs and flyers, to lending us the trap and setting it, to using their camera to remotely monitor it overnight." This is false. The trap wasn't any where they had walked and was placed days later. It was only out for about 8 hours. They didn't know a trap had been set or where it was. The trap and camera were never loaned to them, they were set for the owner of the dog.

Our large breed dog was neutered here. Communication was great and surgery went well. We drove 1.5 hrs to bring our dog here because of the price and are very happy with the overall experience, thank you!

I do not recommend this place to anyone I took my dog there Tuesday to get neutered and woke up this morning, which would be Thursday to him Vomiting and having diarrhea. So I called them for them to tell me that they aren't even open until Monday when they're the ones that said they would check the animal if something was wrong, which obviously something is wrong. I've called all the other vets around my area to find out they have no availability. I'm going to have to spend hundreds of dollars in an emergency clinic Because spay me is irresponsible. They shouldn't be allowed to work on animals if they can't even do a follow-up visit that's an emergency.And if they can't because they're not open , they should be the ones paying for the vet visit. All I know is.I better not lose my dog because of these irresponsible people.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Brought my dog to get neutered, first they were out of microchips. So I had to come back at a later date to receive that since they wouldn’t give me a refund for them running out and not having any left. Again, on their behalf. I live 2 hours away from the clinic and they were well aware of this and didn’t care. Then, after my dog got neutered he developed two huge hot spots on the inside of his legs. I sent WCVC pictures of the area (as they didn’t surgery 4 days prior) and they said "they’re not able to send in a prescription and it looks normal." Keep in mind, it was huge and flaming red with oozing. I took him to my local vet that same day where it costed me more to get him seen and meds than it did for me to get him fixed. When I took him the same day to my vet, they told me it was hot spots and he gave him antibiotics. This was before WCVC got back to me 8 hours later and told me it "looked normal." Maybe "looked normal" to Hellen Keller but someone who doesn’t even know anything about animals could tell you there’s a problem. Now, 2 weeks later, all three of my dogs have kennel cough coincidently. When my other two dogs are older and don’t leave the house. This place has been nothing but a nightmare with awful vets who don’t care. I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone ever. Run as fast as you can away from this place.

The rescue I got my puppy from utilizes WCVC so we drove from Kenosha. The process went very smoothly, pick up and dropoff was easy. A week later, my puppy is healing fine and back to his old self.
