I cannot say enough good things about this practice and the doctors who work here. Early on, my dog had chronic issues with lameness and repeated soreness that no vets could diagnose. I had vets recommend everything from xrays to daily anti inflammatory medication with no treatment of the actual cause of his lameness (which was not identifiable in an xray). After one appointment with Dr. Lynn, we were able to determine the problem and prescribe treatment that had him back to his long walks with no soreness. After some more time, lameness returned by it was different. My dog dislocated his front rib due to an injury, which I now know he is prone to doing. Routine chiropractic continues to be a key part of his care and completely changed his life and I think every person should consider it for their pet. I hope more people consider it for a wellness routine before putting their pets on lifetime medication. Dr. Marcus routinely sees my dog and horse and I consider it to be the most important part of their healthcare routine.
Our dog was barley walking and the Acupuncture gave her relief. We were able to cut back on her pain medicine. They are very knowledgeable and competent.
Dr. Lynne has been seeing Millie for a few years now. Miss Millie had ear mites as a rescued kitten and some congestion. I was mostly interested in preventative care, keeping Millie healthy and happy for as long as possible. Most recently Millie was very phlegmy and Lynne cleared her sinuses in a way I didn’t know was possible! She had no phlegm or gurgles after one treatment! We love Dr. Lynne, her office is welcoming, she’s skilled and professional. Millie & I are grateful for her presence and her care!
My French Bulldog has been going to Dr. Andrea once a month to help treat her neck and spine issues. Wednesday she woke up not being able to move her neck and could hardly walk. Dr. Andrea got her in that afternoon for a treatment. The results were absolutely AMAZING! Gigi was almost back to her normal self the next dat!
We are so glad to have found Dr. Dawn at Harmony Vet! Before she passed last year, we took Cleo, our senior (13-15yrs old during treatment time) black lab, to see Dawn for various conditions that western medicine hadn't helped. Her most serious issue was lack of mobility that also contributed to weight gain. We honestly thought we were going to have to let her go before we took her to Harmony. After several acupuncture treatments and adding herbs to her diet, she went from being a dog that could barely stand on her own to a dog that was going up and down stairs and for walks again. Without a doubt, Dawn's treatments added time and quality to her life. Dawn has also been treating my cat, Sophie, for some respiratory and weight loss issues and she is doing SO much better. While she is still prone to congestion, we are now managing her symptoms with treatments and herbs. She is back to herself, attitude and all! The doctors at Harmony Vet Acupuncture & Spine care truly care about the animals they see, as well as their humans. They will work with you, your animal, and your primary vet to find the best solution to whatever your issues your furry family member might have. I highly recommend them!
I didn’t know what to expect. My elderly dog has lost motion in his back end. Not only does Dr Andrea take good care of berk, she always makes me feel comfortable and answers so many questions, going as far as sending me articles. Overall we are happy with results and notice when he needs treatment. Also, berk loves the snuffle mat and lick mat she has ready for him.
We recently started to go to Dr Marcus for my dog who struggles with regular vet visits to begin with, but was showing some jaw pain. My dog is very active in sports and we wanted to make this a routine visit once her jaw issues are fully resolved. He has been very patient with her, making sure she was comfortable and relaxed. We’ve been to a few visits now and today’s was by far the best. It was great to see the instant relaxation in my dog as he was adjusting her. Highly recommend!
