It was our first time at this emergency clinic since we moved. Clinic was clean and not cluttered. The office has coffee and beverage. The staff were amazing. We called right away to see the wait time, and the staff were able to schedule us 1-1.5 hour out. My corgi had a front elbow injury from playing fetch, and they provided a blanket for him to lay down which was a physically relief for us. Dr. Lisa sat down with Flounder on the floor. She actively listened, understood our concerns, and provided reassurance. After an hour, she called us and explained the findings and treatment. Everything went smoothly and I'm so happy that I found this clinic! Thank you so much for taking care of Flounder <3 For awareness: $120 for urgent care triage fee, so expect this as your minimum. They also have Cherry and Care Credit financial options if you don't have pet insurance, and these two vendors have 4-6 months payment plan of free interest and long term interest plans as well.

19 weeks later & Riley graduated chemo!! We can’t thank Animal Center for Emergency and Specialty for their exceptional treatment & care shown to Riley. The unexpected lymphoma diagnosis was heartbreaking and scary. Not knowing the right thing to do while you watch your dog decline was rough, but Dr. Sommer and her amazing team explained all options and I never felt pressure or judgement to go one way or another. Canine lymphoma moves incredibly fast and if Dr. Sommer hadn’t called me back on her day off to get us in immediately, we may very well have had a different outcome. Although Riley has successfully reached remission, we understand there is no "cure" for lymphoma. We hope for so much more time with our Riley Bear, but every extra day we have with him is a blessing thanks to ACES.

I don’t have enough words to thank the entire team at the oncology hospital that cared for my dog Kora. From day one, the care was excellent, compassionate, and full of love. They truly saved her life. More than a hospital, they are a family — always attentive, clear, empathetic, and deeply committed to the well-being of their patients and to us as pet parents. During the hardest moments, we felt supported, heard, and cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻 for your professionalism, warmth, and for treating Kora as if she were your own. We will never forget everything you did for her.

want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at the clinic on,for the care and kindness they showed toward my cat. From the very beginning, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and professional, doing everything possible to help her and provide the best care. Sadly, my little cat had to leave us, but it brings me comfort to know that she was in such compassionate and dedicated hands. I deeply appreciate the empathy and support they gave us during such a difficult time, as well as the beautiful gesture of giving us a keepsake to remember her by.Thank you for accompanying us with such warmth and humanity. We will never forget your kindness.

I cannot say enough good things about ACES. The compassion, respect, and professionalism shown by Dr. Lisa, Dr. Cat, and their staff was comforting, knowing my pet was in good hands with people who truly care. I brought my 9 month old puppy Scooby in at 1230am. After x-rays, Dr. Cat said Scooby would need emergency surgery. They were unable to do the surgery right away but spoke with Dr. Lisa who would perform the surgery at 8am. I am so gracious to Dr. Lisa and I cannot thank her enough for coming in on her day off to perform Scooby‘s surgery. Dr. Lisa called, staff also sent messages and pictures day of surgery with updates. They explained post op care at pick up and even checked in the next couple days. Dr. Lisa personally checked in answering all my questions and concerns with thorough explanations. ACES is also so prompt! Our vet is 6 hours away and ACES sent Scooby's reports asap to them and also emailed them to me. ACES, you provided exceptional care. Thank you for all you have done for Scooby. You are all amazing.

We took our 14 year old Silky Terrier Max to see Dr. Sommers after a diagnosis from our vet of AGASACA. Everybody from Sera the coordinator, Emma the Vet Tech and Dr. Sommers were so welcoming and supportive. They were calm and kind which helped Max have a very positive experience. They were very open on cost and after bloodwork and ultrasound Dr Sommers was very thorough on what our options were. He got lots of loving from the team and we were very pleased with our visit albeit the outcome was not what we were hoping for. The expertise, concern and open dialog on options from Dr Sommers gave us confidence that we had all the information to be able to make the best decision for our boy. Thank you ACES Team for everything.

ACES was beyond incredible and provided top-tier care for my dog in an instant. my 5-year-old anxious&reactive (and LOUD) german shepherd was having a few sudden and unusual symptoms that worried me, so i called her primary vet. it was around 5:30 pm and that clinic was in the process of closing, so one of the vet techs there recommended we go to ACES. i am so glad that she did. my dog Ruby is a 90-pound baby, but also a major handful with extreme vet anxiety who needs a muzzle, a lot of coaxing, a lot of time, and an amazingly patient & understanding vet & vet techs to be examined. the briefest check-up or booster shot is evidently life-altering for her, so needless to say i was dreading taking her to a vet without 12 hours notice to administer her various anxiety/sedative medications (which sorta/kinda chill her out under ideal circumstances). i called ACES ahead of time to let them know about the potential uproar i was bringing in, and they were immediately understanding. the admin, our vet tech, and our vet (we love you, Dr. Lisa Grulke and our wonderful tech!) were so capable, patient, knowledgeable, and, to my absolute relief, totally unphased by Ruby’s best attempts at being scary. they were extremely accommodating, taking their time to make her comfortable and to not further her preexisting vet-related trauma. they even asked me about her very particular triggers and quirks, and gave her all the space she needed to not freak out. by the end of our visit, Ruby was given a (virtually) clean bill of health, the prescriptions she needed for the next few days, and we were on our way. regarding the price, i was immensely relieved. it was less than $170 for her emergency examination at 8pm, two prescriptions, and of course the very inflated treat tax that Ruby charged everyone to take a look at her. all in all, i couldn’t recommend ACES more. Ruby & i are so grateful for all of them.
